IT'S AMAZING THAT THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE THAT HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT IF THE C.I.A WERE TO INFILTRATE CERTAIN PODCASTS...... THAT THEY WOULD DO IT BY SENDING SOMEONE WHO TELLS YOU THAT THEY'RE FROM THE C.I.A....... JUST RETIRED..... YOU OBVIOUSLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE C.I.A AND THEY'RE TACTICS..... LONG STORY SHORT.... THEY WOULDN'T SEND ANYONE AT ALL.... THEY DON'T NEED TO 🙄
The whole time I'm watching this.... I'm thinking..... "Is this guy telling us what he really thinks.... or is he telling us what he wants us to hear?".
i retired after 25yrs serving our nation. i then worked or DoS and DoD in the middle east, iraq/afghanistan. i had my security clearance. i rand hot missions in Afghanistan. i was not "static" personnel. the 2-3 guys i knew well. i mean well from the "embassy" doing high level (HVT) work like andy claims to have done. 2 are now retired. so they are like 20yrs older than andy. both live overseas--friendly nations to the US. both of them would but a bullet in their own head before speaking so openly like andy does and others. he goes on an on: training, vetting, courses, agency mindset, agency policy, what they "look for", training policy's and on and on and "on". bustamante is not the only one. there are others actually much worse. shawn ryan show, team-house, julian dorey. i mean shawn ryan does this "man" cave with leather chair, bar and like it is a "one on one" talk with nobody else listening. but it is on YT. simply do not get it...every top "guy" feels like he has to spill his soul on YT for some reason. and no, just because you are not speaking about specfic, actual missions does not mean you are not "spilling" INTEL. i mean and they do this for hours and hours. then go to another podcast and hours and hours. never to shut up. simply do not understand it. they want to...and "good" for them.
@@tailwind12and do you think that comes from a difference in age? Difference in how they were brought up through the organization compared to say yourself and your colleague?
@@macsoccer2012 I don't know. I don't have enough information to make a determination or "call". what I do know is that for decades and decades nobody from these agencies spoke so freely and openly... especially with a video audio in front of them. You retards think because he doesn’t bash CIA and explains the reasons how/why things happen in real life that this makes him a liar and PR person. Low IQ, low information person right there
@@sobc2737 I would agree with that if I was 10 years younger. I have look at things a little deeper now. Actually practice not overthinking. I also have a better understanding than I did then. I could see his argument if it was the FBI. Or ATF. Not CIA. He’s out on tour making as much he can. He never says anything, which is understandable. The CIA gains no benefit to be seen in a better light. It’s their advantage to appear secretive, powerful, assholes. That’s my opinion. Glib or not. I won’t put any trust in any of them or much thought til lobbying is illegal
I agree. He wasn't genuinely surprised at the sound of their name. Gave a calm cover but it got through he put up an act to keep himself composed to feign ignorance and stave off further questions about them
I agree and his position on Meta’s approach and Apple not willing to give up data is concerning. I’ve never had a good feeling about this guy. Same goes for Mike Baker
He is a lefty and his mission is promoting the political left. He even used the worned out term "conspiracy" which even the MSM do not use anymore. Regarding project veritas, if he do not know them, he is the worst CIA operative ever in CIA history. 😅 what a joker....
By the way PBD. Former Company man here myself (2003-2014). There are no CIA “agents”.. it’s called officer. You have operations officers (OO) which are what civilians know as “spies”. Then you have collections management officers (CMO’s), they are the connection between the field OO’s and Langley. Both OO’s and CMO’s go to Camp Peary, the “Farm”. In every day life cmo’s tell the OO’s in the field what to collect intel on based on policy coming out of DC which is handed down by the Operations Directorate. I was recruited by a person, who was familiar with my background. A business connection. Had a great time, but it cost me a marriage.
Couldn’t be more correct. He has HOURS of podcasts talking about his training in the CIA and how they’re EXPERTS in deception and manipulation. So you have guy who works for an agency that literally nobody on this planet trusts talking about his extensive training on deception and manipulation. It laughable
I love how Patrick makes a point of not asking the same questions as so many other interviewers. Out of all the podcasts Andrews been on, this has been the most different. Great job guys
Precisely. I fucking love PBD. I’m a nobody and don’t have much at 24. But man I have a desire to do something, soon. And PBD is one a few who truly inspires me. Andy is one also. Kobe. But there’s a opportunity for all. I work for a vending company now and getting interact daily with all types of people and in sales situation and in good and bad communication situations… and I have decided it’s molding me for my future. We all have greatness and so thankful for RU-vid and for people applying themselves and being themselves so I have people to learn from and apply their strengths and weaknesses to my brain and use it as I see fit. Do our best, right? God bless.
How naive of this guy to think Zuckerberg or other media didn’t purposely influence the election in 2020. How I wish PBD would have Dinesh on regarding the 2020 election.
The first time I heard this guy speak last year, I could discern that he was either still working for the CIA, or at the very least, he was using his skills of deception. This interview solidified that perception for me. He's full of it.
He's 100% still CIA. Why is this "ex-cia" guy popping up on so many podcasts all of a sudden? It's because the mainstream media no longer needs to hide the fact that they employee CIA members.
The right has to stop sounding like a bunch of knuckle draggers. Go more towards the middle. Stop elevating crazies like Gaetz, MTG, Gosar, and Trump. Get DeSantis-Youngkin for 2024 ticket.
Pat, your commitment to the truth is so admirable. I definitely don’t agree with you on a lot of things, just the one thing that matters: let’s ge the truth. Thank you for your channel.
🌊👁🇨🇦 allows agent (no such thing as “ex” agent) to go on multiple podcasts and “speak his mind”, really folks! Sure he’s a nice dude, but never seems to answer questions directly, more often he reintroduces your question back to you with another similar but not the same question… Don’t get played fellas! Great interview, as always.
@@rojayreid908 I would prefer “retired” and over 65 before you start preaching about your service…maybe just semantics but just not buying it in this situation. Has anyone asked him why he is not in the CIA any more? I also think it’s different, military service vs CIA…last thought, there are 1000’s of ex/current/retired CIA members…why this one guy? Should be a plethora of individuals. I’m not trying to call out any individuals, but he is interacting with podcasts, not MSM, and it only seems to be him…kinda strange to me. I could be totally off, just my opinion. Much respect to all that serve our country!
@@brandonb5075 I kinda agree with you. I have a friend I served in the Army with who became a Federal Marshall and retired after 23 years. The non-disclosure type documents they have you sign going in and leaving, makes it very difficult for someone to go rogue and actually say things that people don't know. Everything this guy said is known, nothing new just reaffirming things and offering some fluff.
The guy is very articulate intelligent but definitely is the cia’s image pr frontman to try show them in a positive spin but definitely has a democrat agenda which is the CIA leadership now. I will say in Bustamante interview with Lex Friedman over the Ukrainian Russia war is the best current explication I have come across. I like the guy but definitely represents the agency which I can’t be mad at because he is loyal to the cause.
This guy is definitely still employed. I was really convinced when he set a trusted CNN coverage 85% of the time and it’s ironic that Anderson Cooper was ex CIA lol so he definitely protecting his friends.
Never realized how much pat talks circular nonsense word salad, all sprinkled with compliments for the guest yet slow talk. Around 49 min you just gotta skip a bit
I've always known this. He's obviously very driven, hardworking and ambitious, but he's also not terribly bright either. He's actually a perfect example of how you can succeed with hard work and motivation with a very average IQ.
The Company of Illegitimate Antidotes tends to give lasting contracts to its staff. But in all seriousness, yes, I think his presence on so many podcasts and the content he delivers is to be interpreted on at least a few different levels of understanding.
The fact a former CIA field agent hates Apple for not giving up a users phone (even if its a suspected terrorist) actually makes me trust Apple more and the CIA even less.
You have any trust in the CIA still. That shit left me about 2 yrs working at F.E Warren AFB out in the Missile Alert Facilities. Had to have a top secret security clearance just to be out there. Saw some shit that was extremely scary and or creepy. To know the CIA was getting some of those missileers in and of itself is fuckin scary.
This is hands down one of the most interesting interviews I have ever watched! Mr. Bet David you have done a fantastic job. I just love being able to sit and listen to 2 great minds working through such difficult topics with such microscopic pathology. The mind got some much needed exercise watching this!
Interesting, although was disappointed the guest wasn't more informed on some things that were common knowledge. For instance, he didn't know who Peter Strozk was or about Project Veritas. For someone of his intellect he showed a surprising lack of knowledge about some troubling issues we are having with the FBI.
I had a great deal of respect for Andrew and was fascinated by him until I really started listening to him more. In this episode he said DOJ is a member of the Judicial branch. DOJ is a member of the Executive branch. I don't know how someone in the CIA could not only make that mistake, but he carried on with it.
@@rigelb9025 doesn't make sense, because he's TOLD you he's ex CIA op, which an ex CIA op would know about the branches.. So what you said doesn't actually apply or make sense in this situation. It's like if Albert Einstein went undercover as a maths teacher.. and gets 2+2 wrong because he "doesn't want to reveal what he actually knows". It doesn't apply. Because any maths teacher should know what 2+2 is. Just as any CIA would know about the branches. So it would not be applicable for him to pretend to not know something, that he SHOULD know, based off what he already told you he does.
Pat, I work in Law Enforcement and I sent you an email to potentially interview retired Sergeant Scott REITZ - LAPD. Any chance you could look into him. Very interesting character, super smart and would probably fit perfect for one of your guests. BTW this was a great podcast as usual. All the best man.
Man he’s good lol He keeps giving some info but some questions he runs around em without anyone even knowing. Lol Really good with communication and his skills .
47:42 is the reason why I feel this guy still works for the CIA. Relatable, ethnic, says he's an average Joe every chance he gets. Positive PR and talks with trigger words every chance he gets of why the CIA is "NEEDED" and any methods they use is therefore required.
@@kristinewhitfield4110 I would guess when you're in that line of work, you can never really be 'out', simply by virtue of the tremendous amount of secret info you have to keep for yourself.
This guy was very disappointing. It sounds like he's not even aware of what the FBI has been doing. It's common - someone works at a place and becomes emotionally unable to separate his feelings from facts.
Can guarantee you off air he's talking so much shit about the CIA and the gov in general. Everybody in the government/military acts like that on camera
But in his case, his entire job was precisely to be able to separate those two, on-command. As well as trick people into letting him into their circle, 'ya know.
I wonder if CIA has people in the information game who go on Podcasts and make videos about the perception of CIA and what they want that to be in the eyes of the public. 😅
Not really. Peanut Butter David is stretching for relevancy and botnet can only float him so much. He has to lean hard into the troofer grift because of rubes & fish he needs to hock product to. He never had Andrew on to ask relevant real world questions or to learn/discuss anything, he had him on to promote himself as a real media outlet (which he obviously isn't). That's why Peanut Butter deals only in surface issues in this and talks so much, but says so little.

@@smokelord2002 I get where you're coming from man. But think about it, in general as the rule, when the government places price or payment minimums what is the effect?
@@realestateunplugged6129 the same as when corporations do the same or jack prices or manipulate the "free market" to their will? I fear corporations way more than the govt at this point to be frank.
@@realestateunplugged6129 also, every commodity market we have, has at one point been manipulated or inorganically inflated by corporations at some point. That's far worse than any interest rate hike and such.
@@smokelord2002 Absolutely man. Agreed. But uh, you have to be careful of government manipulation as well. Back in the 70s the "government" got rid of US Oil and outsourced it to the middle east, Russia, Venezuela, and others like Canada and Mexico too. I love our neighbors, but why the hell did we allow the world's #1 cash dollar industry to leave our people??? As if we have so much money we're all rich and can throw it out to the Russians and Middle Eastern princes, etcetera. Both Republican and democrats are dirty. They take bribes and foreign accounts to screw us over. My elders said the "government" and government authorized scientists told everyone in the US that we were almost out if oil reserves and needed to outsource it so we could save it for when the world's supply dried up. What a huge lie and they keep playing the same games over and over. But to your point, you are correct to be cautious of any free market salesman, but to my point at least a free market competition with free speech can out the truth eventually. We just have to be careful overall man. The government and big industry often teams up to create these hidden monopolies. It's illegal under our Constitution but they do illegal activity anyways.
Great point. I was like man this guy is naive. I know many left leaning good will individuals that cannot put the pieces in front of them together; our politics has been corrupted and the Dems are clearly transforming our culture and ethics as rhinos stay quiet.

Agent Andrew Bustamante's own words: "we'll put offices on skeleton crews, while we celebrate avoiding civil war in Niger (Africa)." If you listen to the laptop repairman’s dozens of interviews, he says Hunter had to write down his laptop login and PW or he couldn’t help him- standard protocol. He even made comments that Hunters PW was not friendly to repeat in front of a podcast / radio audience.
I like Andrews patriotism towards the American people which he alludes to several times ! I wonder if he has a much fondness for all the people who voted for Trump in the last election and who feel hard done by, due to the media bias and censorship that occurred .
This is why I like Patrick, because he's been through the shit growing up in Iran, watched Khamenei, and when he says "the government is bullying people," it's true.
Patrick can't stay long enough on a hard topic without getting either distrated, self promoting his other stories, or tired before Andrew dances him around dizzy
Private intelligence has gotta be one of the scariest things I can think of. Just imagine what they would go through to get contracts as well as it clunking up the flow of intelligence.
I can easily imagine them infliltrating the most public domain imaginable, such as YT podcast channels, under the guise of disengagement, for example. Speculating.
FBI: Grow your hair out and act cool, even though you’re a not. Lie about your actual grades. Andrew: Affirmative what else? FBI: Tell them to call you “Andy” and say things like “chasing tail”.
You know Andy knows his shit when Patrick said I feel comfortable with you around my kids and inviting you to my house …. Andy is A smooth operator …… great interview learned a lot … today …
This man strikes me as having integrity. But he is using that “Media Narrative” as he put it himself, to defend the Ukraine Media Democratic Federal Government Narrative. I see it. Some of you do too. But I don’t fault him. He is excellent at what he does.
Nice, expanding the mind while expanding the mind. I can't watch this stuff on it, it takes me personally to a very dark place. Only from personal shit in my life. I take myself back to the 70s when music wasn't fake and try to stay there for awhile. Parts of this podcast seemed like a recruiting video and PR campaign, but it was still good to see. You have a lot of work down under, your government really bullied you, far worse than here. Have you shot any of them yet? I would back that decision fully and would start a Goscrewme fundraiser. So do you think the CIA created a pop-up on his CPU because they were already watching him to recruit? 🧐Wish that question would've been asked. Great podcast PBD
I caution everyone to take anyone affiliated with CIA with any degree of seriousness. I strongly recommend everyone read the book Our Man In Havana by Graham Greene. The movie with Sir Alec Guinness is also very good. Graham Greene once have an interview where he states nearly every intelligence operative he interviewed turned out as nothing more than grifters. I can assure you all, nothing has changed.

1:29:24 He asks how they got on Hunter's apple laptop lol the dude who repaired it clearly said he gave him the password. Andrew going to pretend like he doesnt know that 😅
1:18:16 I like Andrew Bustamante and I enjoy watching his interviews. That said, I think his take on Big Tech, the mainstream media, and the 2020 election is way wrong. It so wrong that it makes me question whether or not he actually believes what he's saying. I don't see him as a naive person.
Next 'intelligence' interview should be Malcolm Nance. Doubt we'll ever see Pat invite such a challenge in perspectives, but it would definitely make for great discussion / debate.
Malcolm Nance, the same dude who pretended he was operating in Ukraine, remember when he had his AK slung wrongly while broadcasting live on MSNBC, while saying his advice was being sought after in high level strategic meetings. Remember how he stayed for like two weeks before coming back lol.. Remember when he acted so immature debating Shapiro on Bill Maher that even the audience and Bill had to shut him down..Yeah I'm sure Patrick is terrified of such a high level intellectual.. 😂
@@colinkillian9265 The fact that you actually wrote "had his AK slung wrongly" automatically disqualified your perspective on what classifies one as a "high level intellectual". LOL! Let me recommend a thesaurus for you. And if you don't know what that is, refer to the dictionary.
