I know Andrew, very smart intuitive guy in many world, local issues is a wealth of knowledge. I too served in af,had friends who were af intel( osi) friends who worked for NASA,flew jets, for airlines, as I worked w a high level senator who was in CIA Intel committee very high up respected I worked with in issues after I got out honorably.what bothers me,all these gen z in all branches spying for china taking bribes but nothing compared me( I thought for certain was Russian propaganda, a air force former guardsman ( will, it it's his real name) from Massachusetts went to Russia signed contract to. Join Putin's military as a reconn drone operator,as he put in many years in the af guard. I don't know if he's just a idiot, delusional, thinks he could come back to the US without being tried as a traitor for treason. so he's American who's been to Russia, has a court date pending for ( child porn) he left Jan 2024 just prior to court date, sentencing whaaat??!! Is this Russian propaganda like Putin saying he will vote for kamela
Proxy wars have been going on for hundreds of years. I do not know this man, but he reminds me of a guy who read a philosophy book - then considers himself all knowing.
@@Danny-bd1ch yeah he is so hot based on any of his takes . I have lived in 4 different countries for over a year. Germany for 6 , America for 20 plus, Japan 11 years, China for a year. All of these places had good things and bad things . When choosing a country to live in which is a 21st century blessing you have to a lot of research about current events because what a country was 10 years ago is not what it is now.
@@MrD_2112 yes he’s wrong the problem he is actually referring to is being multi cultural instead of a single culture. Figuring out implies somehow become much more towards a single culture . But his take it’s age of country as if Europe is not going through it global culture wars too especially since they allowed so many Middle Easterns in their counties. Many of the things we argue about today are global issues like “woke” vs conservative, immigration , and economic policies have Always been a decisive issue no matter the country. Gun laws are uniquely American but that’s about it
The sock and rat analogy was so ironically perfect. These people are telling you who they are, but people don't have the "perspective" to make sense of what's right in front of them.
And you just helped the algo by commenting lol the best thing we can do is not watch nor engage with recycled content - I’m also clicking don’t recommend channels when I see this type of behavior from content creators
Correct ... A constitutional republic means that it is one in which, rather than directly governing, the people select some of their members to temporarily serve in political office; the constitutional part means that both the citizens and their governing officials are bound to follow the rules established in that Constitution.
I really wish he was more specific as to where he feels his son would be able to best "explore" his interests as a teenager. Where in Europe, Latin America or the Middle East? Not in the US is a start but far from anything of value.
I just remember how only a month or so before the USSR collapsed, the "experts" at the universities, think tanks and CIA were projecting that the Soviet Union economy was overtaking the US. China is has to import food, has to import energy through some of the easiest waters to control.
Paul Samuelson included in his textbook for decades that the Soviet Union would overtake the US economically. Then when it collapsed, he just said "How could I have known the numbers were made up?" China is a mess. Communism and state capitalism will always lead to an inferior product. The average person does not live well there. The constant praise of China and their genius central planners is rooted in economic illiteracy and lack of belief that freedom yields the best outcomes.
@mratlas3364 i guess he was there as everyone of us old enough to remember howe the world was back then. If you need a source, I will cite myself as an eye witness of what he said.
Choose which language you speak? English is the Lingua Franca/ second language of the world. English has strong common roots with the languages used in the America's. English and french and Afrikaans are the Lingua Franca's of Africa. The idea that one of the china languages would take that over is ridiculous.
Exactly. And for those reasons, i am moving my family to Europe. Sad to think my great-grand parents left Europe to come to the US for a better life. And here we go leaving US moving to Europe for better opportunity and safety.
@@idahardy4052 no UK for me either. I feel like it is becoming more like the US, so not what I am looking for. Nice thing about Europe is once you achieve citizenship with one of the EU countries you can chose to reside in any of the other EU countries, so different types of countries.
Realize most European countries are already heavily propagandized to follow the US ideology, there used to be a greater difference in Europe vs US, than there is now. Australia and Japan are close behind Europe.
the only European country that isn't going through the same thing as us is Hungary. that's because they refuse to be invaded by africans and muslims, and they are constantly being criticized by the EU like they're some kind of war criminal. Poland just told their military that they can shoot illegal immigrants trying to cross the border after one of the members of the religion of peace killed a border guard while trying to invade the country.
You could be a democracy if electoral boundaries were set by an independent authority and the electoral college was abolished, but the GOP wouldn't like that.
The notion that America is in its infancy relative to other countries is such a dumb take. Not a single country on earth looks anything like it did 50 years ago. Every country is dealing with being in modern civilisation. The real struggle "older" countries are facing is multiculturalism, and its complete failure. Which is the same struggle in the US.
Most countries, historically are ethnically same within or have denominations within. For thousands of years. Multiculturalism, the way we live it now is a relatively modern phenomenon and also, a bit ironically, at the core of American culture. We have yet to find a balance with it. We may be advanced and leaders but that’s not the same as being culturally developed.
I hate that this "CIA Spy" gets so much attention. Just because you've served in Langley doesn't give you a special ability to assess the world and I'm pretty sure he's leaving out a lot of nuance with his statements that his former colleagues laugh at him for.
@@Fab666. I think it's more likely that he is playing into a broader anti-institutional/establishment wave through Western society, and he represents a "once part of the institution", so he is given credibility to make bold statements affirming some people's belief that our system is rotten. But again, nuance is lost in most of what he says and due to this faux credibility he gets away with it.
I seriously wonder why no-one noticed that former-CIA spies don't usually go around sitting in podcast rooms yet this guy is trustworthy. Our freedom of speech makes it legal to undermine the government. Russia and China could also use that. Just look at Tucker Carlson and Russia.
He's a Limited Hangout. Whether he is aware or complicit is irrelevant. We need to look beyond what we are being told. For instance, the tech that is being used on USz citizens far exceeds by decades what we are told we have available. And it is being used on US citizens. They can see through our eyes, whoever "THEY" are. Whatever is fukking with the humans knows how to and has the ability to literally remote control anything with a central nervous system or electric switch. No implants or nano tech needed. Any bug, bird, bitch, boss, bozo can be ridden like a bumper derby car. Even with no phone on you and out in the sticks. They can still see through your eyes and can read your thoughts before you know what you're going to do next.
Are you sure? Because the way I heard him describe his experience after the CIA he was alone and desperate and living in a relative's house that doesn't sound like he left with his future wife. What do you know that I don't?@@SenorJuan2023
Ahhhh….America isn’t a democracy. Was never meant to be one. It’s a Constitutional Republic. Big difference. …Maybe take a civics 101 class when you get done with James Bond school.
Andrew I know you are way more worldly than me but I struggle with your point of Central America and Europe over USA…as imperfect and adolescent as the US is it is still by far the land of opportunity…its not a marketing slogan…its fact…HOWEVER even in a fair competition sometimes the best does not win and sometimes conflicting interests or teaming can impact the outcome
Thats crazy to me, but i get it, not everyone is cut out for America and especially what America is about to go through, but to leave? I couldn't. That's like turn'n your back when times are rough. So, what, after the dust settles, come back? Whew, that won't go over well with the one's who stay'd, i'm guess'n...
If you have money. You can live a way better and satisfying life outside North America lol. It’s only the poor ppl that wanna migrate to the US. Ppl with money never leave their country of origin
@@GreenPillArmy lol I didn’t imply otherwise I was talking about healthcare specifically. Yep money pretty much solves all problems unless your on in the midst of a communist revolution then you got to move which is easier with money. But there are exceptions like rich Chinese come here all the time , why? They want freedom from the oligarchy in China.
The difference might be how you treat your friends and other emerging countries. It seems from an observer standpoint that China has the best international policies (investments in Africa, South/Central america,...) as opposed to the US military interventionism and belittling of friendly countries like Europe. Just trying to be objective.
He has NOT listened to Peter Zeihan, or read "the end of the world is just the beginning", besides the risk of being nuked the us is one of the best places .. id opt for Argentina, or new zealand/australia..
I had to lean hard on the perspective versus perception conundrum as a child. There were entities coming into my room and things flying across the bedroom wherever I lived. I would hear Sinister voices and not know whether they were coming from inside of my head or outside of my head or what the hell was going on. I would have to rely heavily on whether or not someone else saw what I saw or felt what I felt or heard what I heard. And then I would have to trust my observations. Sometimes I allowed myself to be frightened by the pile of socks unnecessarily. But after a while of too many things happening too many things which could not be explained away. I began to realize that there was a strange phenomenon happening in my life. I began to know that there were other entities and that there were things coming into my room. I began to realize that there were actual voices and that I wasn't merely some kind of a schizophrenic. There had been nothing wrong with my brain. I had to learn to be incredibly objective from the time I was 4 years old. And then I had to start asking myself whether I was moving things around the room or whether something else was moving things around the room as soon as I learned out that I could in fact move things with my will. The first time I turned a page of a book as I was reading it... And then thinking about static electricity made sure that it wasn't that and said about to make sure that it was what I thought it was. And so I learned how to control it. Who knows what the hell all of it means. I know the CIA loves little s*** like that. I know they'd love to get their hands on anyone who actually manipulates matter. At any rate, I also knew that I was broken from the trauma of my childhood. I knew that before I did anything of any significance or consequence in the world but I had better be damn sure but I wasn't being manipulated from outside of myself. And I knew that I had better be damn sure that I was very conscientious and clear-minded and grounded inside of myself and not acting out of that brokenness. I spent about a decade the bulk of my twenties working within myself. I learned about the locus of control. I learned about meditation and how to steal the mind. I learned that thoughts for suggestions. I learned which thoughts were mine and which were coming in from outside of myself. I didn't know that thoughts could enter in from others around you. Slowly but surely I understood that telepathy was real. And I began to Target who in the room I was telepathic with. I would watch people and I would find out who it was I was getting Intel from and I would confirm it by talking to them once I figured out who I thought it was. And then I tested at which distances it could be used and I realized that it could be used at any distance. The human mind is so fascinating. But then I had to consider I might not exactly be human either. It might be possible that not everyone could do what I was doing. But I hoped that maybe I was wrong. So I tried to impart this wisdom or the possibility of these abilities with others. I wanted to empower humanity. And then I learned about the CIA. Then I learned that they were studying everything I was doing. And I don't mean that they were specifically studying me. Although I didn't put it past them to have figured out who I was if they wanted to. I didn't put it past them to try studying everyone in the United States that they could get their hands on by just using other Intel channels to find out what stories were being spread around. I mean, how else do they recruit? They must find you somehow. Cleverly crafted stories of recruitment processes don't satisfy My mind. Anyway, that's enough information I suppose. You gave me your story, so I'm giving you a little bit more of mine...I figure that's fair.
Interesting statements, but not everything I agree with. I agree we are a young country, but how is it that Canada or New Zealand have it way better than us in terms of higher standard of living for the poor and middle class than we do? Also, every Western European country that overthrew their monarchs also could be considered new countries since they started from zero eg. France, Germany. We are not in puberty, we are blinded by our misplaced pride in the American invention of free capitalism, which is discompassionate to our own citizens. China is more active on an international scale than this speaker is aware of. Look at what they are doing in Africa and Asia in infrastructure projects. We don’t do that, we invade or embargo
Should have stuck to spy topics. The ideas on the economic future and opportunities has very high level ideas but no specific examples of how they will unfold. GDP example with google and yahoo is off.
If the Guest speakers conviction is so strong about leaving in 2027, renounce your US citizenship (assuming American). Ridiculous extreme outlook. It definitely not going to get better in the countries he mentioned to raise his family. The world is always changing. Doom and gloom messaging is annoying.
Mr Andy Bustamante, I belive you do a much better job being part of the series Beyond Skinwalker Ranch, on History Channel. How about moving to North Korea ou China? I'm sure there your kids will have lots of opportunities.
This country DOES need to grow up a lot, but if you think you can find somewhere safe from the effects of a democracy failure in the US you're sadly mistaken.
Yes , as with the big corporations that go down, anyone influenced by them goes down with them. US has set tentacles around the world. Those with the most distance will be most spared initially.
Can’t agree with him at all. We are not at all in an adolescent stage. We are one of the world super power. We are not confused whether we are democratic or not, I think he is
100 years is old enough for any country to know itself . In fact the entire world is changing its mentality and all these problems is not America specific. Britain , France , Russia etc is all working itself out. Humanity and the culture is global with small shift due to country specific culture. And saying America is worse than the middle east is laughable this dude is a joke .
If USA is such a super power, then where are all the super brilliant people that could run for president? How can a ‘super power’ only have a choice of 2 old men as presidential candidates?????? One is a psychopathic old man and the other a demented old man 🤦♀️
Simple. Look at birth gaps and countries' debt per person and socially funded pyramid structures. It's not hard to see, and event tells when the crunch happens. Add to that the various social wars and education levels in countries and a few other things fit in for graphing or mapping. CIA world book for some data even. But most of the important things come from other sources.
This man is just wrong on so many levels. America is a pile of shit. Trump or no Trump the right wing conservative movement is a problem. But suggesting the Middle East as a better place 11 to have freedom is laughable. Europe is in a deep state of turmoil as well as seen in the recent elections. Hell even japan the safest place on earth is falling on its face. China still has a freedom issue as does Russia. So unless you like the cod in Finland your screwed wherever you chose .
he should have taken the free $1200,000 college education he received from the Air Force academy and choose a degree that was marketable within the academy. Say, Aeronautical engineering, science degree, political science with foreign languages on and on. the academy offers programs of study similar to civilian colleges . instead he he stated he did the minimum effort in obtaining grades at the Air Force academy. then joins the CIA. but does not make either the Air Force or CIA a carrier. What else could this country and our institutions done for him. millions of dollars in training provided by our struggling tax payers. go figure.
What exactly are these all encompassing opportunities that are available to his 11 year old overseas? What about his daughter? Will his girl have more opportunities in the Middle East? Uh, no.
China’s greatest advantage over the U.S.A. is their greatest weakness…homogeny. They are more uniform in their approach to national success. The U.S.A. has the opposite difficulty, but can lead to a greater advantage. The world’s tribes, thoughts, and approaches to humanities challenges are allowed to cooperate within the United States of America to achieve goals homogenized cultures CANNOT produce, because of the limitations of confining human cooperation.
Whattt is this guy saying about choosing who you want to be? In America - most of all- we have the choice of who we want to be. Some politicians have tried to destroy our country.
Don't let the door hit you where the Good Lord split you! Your right these other superpowers are coming, and geniuses like this forgot what got us to the dance. Bold notion here but it wasn't the "CIA"😂 you still feel special. Why are you still here now if this is your stance??
China has a lot headwinds! They have problems and are going to be worse. People go through hard times.....why does everyone you just get handed great jobs.
I guess you don't keep up in current economics. Right now China's economy has been tanking. Realestate crashing, exit of foreign investment, less manufacturing, super low birth rate, less exports.
Clearly he thinks America = oppressor country that needs to be brought down a peg or two. He equates value with external validation through career success. If you live for such superficial validation, then you are required to fall in line with woke lecturing to keep your social status. And so he does. By the way, "Equality" not equity is already in the U.S. Constitution. Equal opportunity is written into law. But clearly he implies that measuring success by merit is somehow unfair.
i don't think it will be easy for the world to adapt to the chinese language as it is to continue to use english - so let's just say that is not going to happen for a 100 years
Wow clickbait, you're doing clickbait. I used to have so much respect in this channel but lately... idk anymore. I thought you of all people wouldn't do clickbait. And the terrible guests lately
This is mostly nonsense. America’s problems have nothing to do with it being a young country trying to settle questions of democracy and equality, there are younger democracies than America that are far more stable and have resolved many of these questions, like Australia. On China and the US reaching “parity” I recommend you read and watch Peter Zeihan instead. His projections are formed on demographic trends, geography and economics and Zeihan doesn’t just pull vague opinions without evidence out of his hat like this guy. And as opposed to World War III perhaps a better model for the condition we are currently is Cold War II - which is more reflective of the grey zone warfare, competition for allies, and potential for proxy wars.
