One thing you need to update yourself on is that China's technology advanced so much they will be intercepting all nuke missiles from the US. Russia has a plan to intercept the nuke missiles from the US using both s-500 and fighter jets with hypersonic missiles. Only the US has a 50 % chance of intercepting N. Korean traditional ICBM. Both China and Russia use hypersonic missiles for nukes, so the US will be damaged at a much faster rate than the other way around. The problem is that American politicians and Neocon are not familiar with the technical details. They misjudged Russia in the UKrain war; They misjudged Hama's in Israel. They misjudged the Korean War and the Vietnam War. They never win any war.
