Yeah id check with your doctor i mean nebivolol is quite a unique beta blocker and increases nitric oxide alone so in combination with tadalafil its potentially risky. Then your also taking an alpha blocker which is a little risky taking with tadalafil. Whomever prescribed you that and never mentioned anything about your other meds is being kinda reckless. I get it tho. Leave it to the pharmacy to pick up any interactions. Seriously tho speak to your doctor. 20mg of tadalafil is a pretty high dose too. Yikes
