Mariela Cortés-López presents 'GoT-Splice', a multi-omic approach that uses long-read sequencing for single-cell transcriptomics and proteogenomics. Her work allows for the simultaneous profiling of gene expression, cell surface protein markers, somatic mutation genotyping, and RNA splicing within a single-cell.
