I live here in Cinci, I moved here a year ago. Don’t regret it at all, I absolutely love living here. I used to live in the NYC metro area, and I honestly enjoy Cincinnati so much more. There is so much diversity, things to do, great food, great cafes, great night life, and just so many other activities to do every day. Not to mention we have plenty of beautiful parks.

Cincy is the best. I love living here. The charm and the people are amazing.

I live in Iowa now but I miss my hometown of Cincinnati bad. I get back as much as possible.

Playhouse in the Park, Music Hall, the Art Museum and the main library are some of my favorites. Also the casinos.

Growing up in Cincinnati it certainly has its charm, more so than Columbus and Cleveland. But the lack of public transit and bicycling infrastructure makes it feel like 2nd tier city stuck in the past.

The Museum Center at Union Terminal was built in the 1930's (not the 1950's) in the Art Deco Style and is famous for it's architecture. A must see in Cincinnati and should be #1 on the list as it tells the whole history of the city.

I visited Cincinnati last fall and really liked it. I got a lot of surprised reactions when I told people I'd consider living there...underrated city, much like my hometown of Milwaukee. I'm planning on coming back for another visit sometime soon.

The Unique Thing About The Metro Is That It Spans 3 States & It's Mixed With Northern, Southern, Eastern Western, Midwestern & Appalachian Culture Altogether. 💯

Cincinnati has some hidden gems which only the local residents are aware of. One of these hidden gems are the stairways throughout the city. You are able to see two of the stairway bridges from Columbia Parkway and 1-71. Both of these stairways connect to Mount Adams. Some travel blogs need to focus on some of Cincinnati's hidden gems. esp. The Behringer Crawford Museum in Covington's Devou Park. Oddly there is the Devou Park Overlook.

Cincinnati has a neighborhood called Over The Rhine, it is a historical area of town and many of the buildings and homes were built in the1800s. In this neighborhood there are some nice restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Also Findlay Market is in OTR (Over The Rhine) which was built in 1852 and is a public market where you can buy fresh meats, vegetables, and fruits. This a very walkable neighborhood or you can ride the Cincinnati Bell streetcar which connects downtown Cincinnati to this neighborhood.

I miss tower place mall in Downtown Cincinnati. 💯 It closed down years ago when I was in college. 💯

Man you forgot to add any Skyline Chili restaurants. Literally any Cincinnati Chili place is a landmark. It is one of the weirdest things we eat in Cincinnati and freaks foreigners out but when they try it they change their mind!

The 300k population is misleading. That is true of the city proper, but the Cincinnati metro area is HUGE, #30 in the US. It's great -- there's always a new part of town to explore.

The highly german influenced architecture, Washington park and all the art murals that are painted on buildings throughout the city. :) Also I was born here. ;)

Columbus zoo. The largest zoo in the United States made and partially owned by Jack Hannah.

Should have mentioned the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum which sits next to Great American Ballpark.

Back in the 1970s and early 1980s I went to Cincinnati several times to see the Reds play at Riverfront Stadium. We would often eat at the same restaurants the ball playes eat at. Most of the ball players would be accompanied by beautiful young girls. What you may call trophy girls.

As much as I hate Cincinnati eden park is a MUST GO took my son's mother there to walk to Kickstart her past-do pregnancy in 2013 also the butterfly house is in Eden park too that's definitely worth visiting

I would only move to Cincinnati because its about 4hrs from Detroit. Michigan is just way more fun than Ohio

Yea you missed that we also have professional football & soccer teams. We also have a hockey team, roller derby team, plus we have UC & Xavier in the same city. I'd say you missed a lot! AND you didn't mention Cincinnati chili or geotta...girl you need to do more research lol

And DON'T miss the always changing locale but never boring, "I Got Taken Down For My Stash" Alley. It's most frequent home used to be up on Main, up around 12th. And if a new hair style is what you're looking for? Why, stop in Mohawk and get scalped!! "Cincinnati---I came for the culture, and STAYED for the CRACK!!" I'm not a native Ohioan and I can't speak for the rest of Ohio but anything in or around Cincinnati is not worth moving to. Cincinnati is the most racist city probably in the US. They blatantly treat people of color like second class citizens no matter what your education is. On another note, the people act like robots with absolutely no personality. If you've lived in other cities like Philadelphia Pa. where I come from, you'll realize that the food in Cincinnati is awful, they have a very poor transportation system as oppose to other cities and it's just a very oppressed city for blacks in terms of the job market, housing and overall equality. It's also the most boring city in that it's nothing downtown, they have nothing for the kids to do during the summer. When I was a kid being raised in Philadelphia, we had block parties, summer camp and block captains would even arrange for trips to amusement parks. No wonder children and adults in Cincinnati have little to no personality. In regards to the racist behavior, that stems from people not been around or interacting with anyone outside of their race. Many Cincinnatians never been anywhere else and got accustom to that weird way of life because they don't know anything else. Philadelphia is a very diverse ethnic city and I grew up and even when to high school with other ethnic groups
