Cinco de Mayo is around the corner and Chef Tom shows us a way to celebrate with Grilled Paloma Cocktails. First he squeezes citrus juice from grapefruit and limes that have been caramelized on the Yoder Smokers cast iron griddle in the YS640s, then he mixes in some grapefruit soda and pours it on ice for a refreshing treat.
