This is probably because it happened a long time ago and all was forgiven but it's great peter didn't think to squeal on Cindy losing their mom's earrings to get back at her for telling their parents he used the salt shaker to strain a guppy or something in that tattletale episode.
Greg was trying to read a book.Nowadays Greg would be on his phone or laptop. And probably Peter would be on his phone too instead of playing detective. How times have changed.
Ah yes... but they weren't down the drain. Alice picked up the towel and washed it. The ear ring was mangled...... Cindy had to sell one of her kidney's to buy a new one... (ok the last part was made up. )
Actually Alice didn’t 🧼 the towel. She put it with the clothes needing to be washed but then she remembered Carol saying the kids had to learn to pick up after themselves so she put the towel back on the sink.
Got to say Cindy had very babyish clothes in the last two seasons. I am about the same age as Susan Olsen and would have been teased or even ostracized at that age in those outfits
