Glad I watched this video. I've been having a hard time getting my cinnabons tight. They are always too loose. Watching this helped me figure out what I was doing wrong.
Not only was this enlightening, it was satisfying to watch. The way the dude just spreads the cinnamon then rolls that dough with so much ease. It made me realize I need to add more cinnamon filling!!! It’s amazing!!! I hope I can duplicate this!!
WoW! Just WoW! I've watched so many cinnamon roll recipes in the last month on here! This showed me so much I hadn't learned! *Perfecting my homemade Cinnamon Rolls 😋
I used to work at Cinnabon when I was 16, I’m 39 now. This is way too long to roll these! And we used to put 6 in the pan and not 4. I timed myself I rolled it in about 1:28 seconds. The perfect roll should be even with 5 1/2 to 6 rolls. And the rolls should be even. Took 7 min to do this? lol
I tried this method and the brown sugar stuck to my rolling pin. Created a mess. I think theres something in the cinnamon mixture, because of the overall flavor of the Cinnabon and stickiness factor I had. Sonething is missing somewhere.
It’s a mixture of light brown sugar and cinnamon. Usually one cup packed brown sugar to 3 tbsps of cinnamon. I make these several times a year. Hope this helps.
@@brittnygarza5729 The Kneady Homesteader on RU-vid is a fabulous bread maker. She's a great teacher too and very easy to follow.. I'm sure she has a recipe for these delicious rolls. Do a search for her and go into her playlist and search there.. 🙂
Paulina Garcia ok if you worked a cinnabon can you tell me what is in the cinnamon mixture. Is it just cinnamon or is it cinnamon and brown sugar? What are the ratios. Is it a special cinnamon because every time I make cinnamon rolls they do air have that gooy cinnamon at the bottom like cinnabon
Whoa!!!!😷 where is his net, to cover his beard??? Wtf is wrong with the food industry! you’re supposed to make sure the food doesn’t get anything falling in or on it, by not leaning over the dough OR not wearing hair and face net. I mean you out the gloves on, why not go all the way.
