If you have a Sensitive Scalp I would Test it out on a very small area of your dry scalp, Damping your scalp my irritate it. Definitely test it out before you apply it to your entire scalp. some older lady and a couple of other women that have healthy natural hair as well told me to put the cinnamon into an oil of your pick in leave it in the hair of course you have to wash your hair when its needed it but they said leave the cinnamon in the hair with the oil it helps my hair grow as well

Guys this really works this is probably one of the only hair growth aids that has worked for me. I've done the inversion method, the MN. challenge, cayenne pepper, hairdrenaline and other potions and hair vitamin pills with no luck. But this has worked for me I grew 1 inch within 3 weeks which is alot for me as I normally get 3/8 of an inch (half of 3/4) in a month. Definitely going to keep this in my hair regimen. I did this once a week before shampooing and conditioning.

i put on this mask going on about 15mins now and yesss, the tingling is intense especially, after i put on the plastic cap. OMG YALL , IT FEELS SO INVIGORATING!!!!!! I tried this mask and hunny let me tell you....half way through applying this mask to my scalp/hair, I started to wonder...girl what the hell are you doing..lololol. That burn can be a little intense. I left it on for 10 minutes then rinse, shampoo and condition. Applied my moisturizer and styled as usual and I AM LOVING HOW MY HAIR FEELS ESPECIALLY MY SCALP! This mask may not be for everybody but it's something I will definitely be doing every month.

Guys, I did this tx. twice. I altered the recipe a lil bit the 2nd time, I added a tsp.of ginger and my hair 💓 it! The 2nd time the tx. got on my hair. I was afraid OMG, but, while shampooing it out I noticed my dry & damaged hair felt sooo SOFT! I'm going to put it on my hair again next week. 👍🏽👍🏽 My hair loves these spices. Ty BKay 😊

I was very nervous before trying, cuz I didn't want my scalp to burn or get dry. I went to the store and found ground mustard and I said to myself, I'm gonna do this. Its food and it won't hurt me. I tried the hair mask and loved it. My scalp burned so good!!!! I left the mask in for 30 mins, then washed it out with my dr. bronner's peppermint shampoo. I would have never thought all my hair beauty needs are on the cooking and seasoning aisle of a grocery store. These ingredients are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

I added extra water and castor oil and it still felt like a relaxer. But it's not a chemical so it won't damage your scalp.

I use onion and cinnamon and aloe vera together the onion definatley stimulates my scalp the aloe vera is a cleaner and coat for the hair cinnamon is a exfoliant and stimulant. I can fell the heat on my scalp,after I shampoo it all out I coat my head again with aloe vera I say my head because I big chopped 4 weeks ago edges are growing back and my bald spots are growing hair I use black soap to shampoo and shea butter to condition a plastic cap and wig cap over night.

i used onion, olive oil and aloe vera gel 7 days ago and my hair still smells like an onion a little bit.it is not bad when is dry.but when i wet my hair i really start to smell the onion..i even tried to put yogurt on my scalp because it should help get rid of the smell but it didn't really help.

Do an apple cider vinegar rinse for the onion smell it doesn't smell much better but you could follow up with your favorite conditioner to mask some of the smell and it should go away in a day or 2

I tried this for the first time today. As a licensed cosmetologist, I love trying things my client s can do themselves at home. My first impression...IT TINGLES!!! However, that tingling is an indicator to me that it is stimulating the scalp. The next thing I noticed, when I shampooed my hair tangled A LOT. HOWEVER, once I applied conditioner, the tangles started to unravel with simple finger combing. I notice many of you do this once a week, so I'm going to do it once a week for a month and I will come back to report my results. THANKS FOR SHARING!!!

+Bree Johnson I have been doing this for 2 months and yes I have seen alot on new growth. Since you have a Sensitive Scalp I would Test it out on a very small back area of your scalp on dry scalp, Damping your scalp my irritate it. Definitely test it out before you apply it to your entire scalp. Also I would use only ONE TBSP of Cinnamon

Tried this and it burns while sitting, but feels amazing afterwards. I washed mines a good 2 times then conditioned it. Smells like cinnamon the next 3days. Nice treatment here!

I'm definitely going to try doing it. I'm thinking of adding such a oils like emu and neem oil. Only a very small amount with a hint of aloe vera juice. I too am stimulating hair growth to get back to the hair that I once had when I was 20. My hair is past my armpits but almost touching my nipples of my breasts. It looks easy

+Chioma chukwuemeka I read that apple cider vinegar helps with removing all the residus from your scalp, use only a few drops in about a litter of water, to avoid irritation. I personally use It and it works :) fyi, it also helps with hair growth.

I did my first hair mask today on dry hair then shampooed and DC. I like how it makes my hair so manageable and easy to detangle before shampooing and applying my DC doesn't take as much time because my fingers just glide through my hair. I'll be trying this every week until August to see how it is working for me. By the I have coily and kinky natural hair.

+Jai Lloyd I don't use the treatment in paste form anymore because I get heavy handed, so I left the cinnamon and mustard power in olive olive for a week or two then used that as hot oil treatment. Also I've recently gotten a pixie cut. I'll know it's working when my temples start filling in this Fall.

i did this treatment earlier today. and plan to do it again but im not sure how often i should do it. and didn't expect the tingling sensation i felt lolll, i may have used too much as i dont have nearly as much hair nor is it so thick YET, but im looking forward to great results. thank u.

Thank you for this! I have been looking for products to increase blood flow to my crown area! The Drs told me that area was damaged from right braiding and the only remedy would be injections in my scalp and I was completely apprehensive to rhst!! Is it OK if I put my hair in some braids to the back, apply the stuff then take if down before I put the bonet on because my hair gets tangled easy.

You will have to undo the braids before you shampoo it to get the cinnamon out.

Depend on how long your hair is, the shorter the hair is the less often you should wash it, if your hair shoulder length or less/e2weeks- back length/weekly... Because cinnamon is hot..it's better to use this mask every month.
