Cinnamon & Honey
Break cinnamon into small pieces put in sunlight for 1 hour & make it as apowder & store it in dry container, you can store this for 3 months.
Boil -200 ml of water & add 1/4 spoon of cinnamon powder, allow it to boil for 2 mins, keep aside for 10 mins, filter & drink warmly.
In 1/4 spoon of cinnamon powder add few drops of honey this as intake & also apply this on pimples for 15 mts. You can take this as intake & also apply this on pimples for 15 mts., ,,
