Evacuation can be a chaotic event. Desperate victims fearing for life, wanting fresh air & with a GOA4, no crew on board. Good luck for a DIY evacuation with order! Who knows if the power rail is properly earthed & interlocked from being energised? What if those evacuating, due to the crowds & rush, come into contact with the power rail? It can be fatal
Hahahaha even that train is retired and scrapped due to it's condition. We lose 1 C830 on 2011, on 2010 they are able to repair the train set. But on 2011 it exploded on the first carriage, and it damaged the train signaling and the wiring. R.I.P C830 PV29 (907) (2009-2011) All jokes aside, that is literally my rep and it's still on service.
