Far too many restrictions on creativity now. Even movies not considered great at the time are better than anything made today.

I've got this on dvd. Anton Diffring is excellent! The whole cast is great! First time I saw it, probably 6 years old 1965. Left an impression! Classic Horror!

It’s a cool horror movie, but I always felt sorry for the circus animals, since then I only go to circus shows that only involved in acrobatics. Anton Diffring is a good actor, so is Donald Pleasence.

Always interesting to see a young and thin Donald Pleasance. He starred in a rather odd thriller, CUL-DE-SAC (1966), directed by Roman Polanski and now available on The Criterion Collection. Diffring had a varied career, best known for playing Nazi officers but also appearing on stage and television. He even did a musical, although it flopped. Thanks for the upload!

British directors made horror flicks which featured audaciously sadistic action presented in a blunt and callous in - your - face manner which American filmmakers just plain lacked an eye for. I guess it's that renowned dry and droll sense of humor of theirs.

I saw this at age 13 and I can only remember the theme song "Look For A Star". I only saw it this once on Creature Feature Saturday afternoon slot. Great acting and action. Jane Hylton here puts me a lot in mind of Vivian Vance.

OK movie. These movies have way too many commercials. The commercials just messed up the movies. It seems like there are commercials every three or four minutes. At least it feels that way and it may be.

It's ironic that Anton Diffring' had to make a living playing cruel characters like Nazis and sadists. He had left Germany to avoid being locked up and killed for being both Jewish and a homosexual.He 'landed on his feet',in a way, thanks to his features and his German accent.
