Been watching the videos recently and I think they’re awesome. Cisco though, he’s just as I picture my grandpa would be. My grandpa passed when I was a kid. Thanks for the videos. 💯
This was my first Cisco experience..lol, I have to admit at first I was like Damn dude shut up, but after reading some of the comments and watching for about 5 minutes I couldn't help but laugh and feel sorry for him because of all the fish you were throwing in the boat. It was very entertaining to watch and can't wait for my net Cisco experience with you. Great video keep up good work.
Now his buddy Dave that fishes with Cisco and I could’ve got on them way sooner. He will watch me and mimic me the best he can and he’ll start catching.
I’m with poor Cisco. I’ll never understand how two or more people in the same boat, using the same equipment and techniques can only watch the ONE person catches 90% of the fish. I’ve even swapped equipment with the one catching fish and he kept catching while I put stink on his pole😖. AJ can catch fish in the Sahara Dessert.
It’s definitely different techniques Cisco isn’t going to change his style. I do have him on the same line and leader I’m using. But it has taken him 15 years to do that 😂
Ole Cisco took a while to tag a few fish and too bad dat first beast broke off. Bet it was huge red. Hope to fish with Nick and a buddy from the Abita KC’s this Wed May hit ole Wall area though we have most likely strong SE winds that day.
He got into the swing once he figured out the bite. You should be ok fishing that area this week. Good luck let me know how you do it. Ole Karl is wacking them down in Delacroix don’t go down in his area you might get a hit man looking for us. I told him his secret is safe with me. Glad to see you guys back on the water! AJ I admit I came up fishing with a spinning reel. I didn’t use a bait cast reel till I started bass fishing. It’s something that you need plenty of practice to become comfortable and improve your catch ratio, but once you do, it definitely pays off. I will be back out there in two weeks. My son gets married next Friday. Thank you for the video as always.
Thursday went too Hopedale , nothing under 15 inches big 21 inches used twitch baits in 4 ft water , tagged & released , today back in my spot in Delacroix , 24 tagged trout 1 red all released
Basically yep few boats pass by I lower my rod , drink a cup of coffee till they move on , works fine , going back for a repeat this morning. Wiz don’t do honey dues on his B day 😂
Awesome good luck this morning. I’m surprised you still keeping a few out of there. I think we know who we’re talking about a few camps down. I won’t be that way again until January-February. Our area is about to bust loose soon.
This was a awesome catch, you were spot on AJ! Now Cisco was fickle, left his poles home,ready to quit fishing, then he’s self proclaimed movie star, proclaiming the biggest fish, then whats up with the lovely pot of gold port-O-Let!! He should know that’s not a 5star hotel Port-O-let!! HaHa, I think with or without his fishing poles, AJ slam dunked you today, but thats most trips with AJ! He’s on most if the time!!
Dennis he had me turn around 30 minutes one way to get his poles. When I edited the video I heard him talking to himself about going into the outhouse I had tears while listening to him talk his self into going into the brown pit from hell 😆. Call me when you’re back in town have a good visit with your grandkids
I had no clue he even tried to go into it. I was getting everything picked up before I had to stop at the ER for a blood transfusion the mosquitoes were insane. While I was editing, I heard his conversation with himself. And I thought that’s going to make it in the video. I thought those who watched the whole video to get a final laugh they would get a kick out of it. Who even thinks about going into the little yellow house at a boat launch something isn’t right 😳
awesome video as always. Cisco never fails to crack me up. Don’t worry Cisco. It happens to the best of us sometimes. i’ve been fission in Rigolets area. I haven’t been to Hopedale shell beach area in probably three months. fission in the Rigolets has been good but you think you were being crowded a while ago. You can pull up in a spot in a narrow canal 20 foot wide and somebody will pull within 15 feet of your boat and fish the hole that you’re actually fishing. Luckily, there has been plenty enough fish it really does make me want to put 8 ounces of weight on and throw it right in the boat not that I would do that to anybody or would i. 😂 all jokes aside one thing you’ll never see me do is crowd, another fisherman I will never get close enough to anybody that I can cast and hit their boat or tangle their lines to me. It’s just rude and unethical.
Hell Cisco doesn’t even like fishing down here , and he will let u know real quick that if they were in Delicroux he’d wear anybody’s ass out catching fish there lol!
