Cisco ASA 5500 Site To Site VPN 

Thanks for the Video - This helped me with setting up a ASA 5505 (now not supported by Cisco) VPN tunnel for a clients cloud hosted solution.

why would you use ikev1 and ikev2 at the same time.

can CISCO ASA 5500 firewall be configured with cisco router on ip sec vpn? ie one peer is cisco ASA while the other is Cisco Router

What is the benefit of adding the host address at the other end as a network object? I have a tunnel that won't come up, and I don't recall doing this before. Is this a requirement?

It is possible to configure a VPN Site to Site using Peer ID as a URL, so if the IP of the Remote Peer changes, the Firewall uses DNS to resolve the new IP Address. This is supported by which models of ASA Firewall Equipment? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- É possivel , efetuar a configuração de uma VPN Site to Site utilizando o Peer ID , como sendo uma URL, assim caso o IP do Peer Remoto mude, o Firewall utiliza do DNS, para resolver o novo Endereço IP. Isto é Suportado por quais modelos de Equipamento Firewall ASA ?

is this traffic secure? if yes, then ping doesn't prove that... can you tracert it

Hi do you have a demo of a site2site vpn with dual isp and if isp1 disconnects the site2site vpn will automatically failover to isp2?

Rather new to this, but once that is connected will I just be able to log onto the server at site A from site B as if I was sitting in the office of Site A?
