Idea for the problem at 7:45 You could insert 1 or 2 one-way streets so it's actually not accessible but it still looks like a street. Also, hope your mood gets better soon :)

Skye, to solve the problem of the pedestrian road in front of Buckingham Palace, try the zonable pedestrian paths mod, it's part of the Traffic ++ mod. You can place Buckingham Palace on it, and the only traffic that can use the road in front of it is service vehicles.

You know the idea of buildings not blocking the view of certain landmarks like St Pauls is a real thing you know. They’re called London’s Sightlines, Tom Scott did a great little video about it. For example, in Richmond Park, there’s a long avenue of trees, and with a telescope or binoculars, you look right down the avenue and you’ll see the unobstructed view of St Paul’s dome. It’s why the Cheesegrater looks the way it does, it wasn’t built at an angled shape just BECAUSE, but to protect the sightline to St Pauls.

The Millennium Bridge would be a fantastic little addition, just with a simple pathway bridge for now. Also, perhaps use the government office European asset in the Westminster area, maybe for Whitehall? Just some ideas :)

Skye, for the problem at 7:45 you can get the traffic++ mod and use a pedristration walkway so that only service vehicles can use it which is what I assume it is for real life.

Skye on the central line, after Mile End its Stratford. Put Stratford station in! Its a very important station because of the Olympic Park and the huge shopping centre. Stratford also has the Jubilee Line and a national train station.

Get pedestrian roads (I think as part of Traffic ++). They're zonable but not accessible to traffic besides pedestrians and emergency vehicles. The mod also has Bus Lanes! =D

Skye Storme I see you replying to many saying you aren't using T++ but if you do you could use buss lanes to solve the Buckingham palace traffic and achieve the red road colouring. Just some food for thought if you would like.

My Grandparents were from Coatesbridge (hope that's spelt properly) in Scotland and my sister-in-law is from Edinburgh and I never knew the Scots don't like cricket. Coatbridge is a post industrial town between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Cricket is a niche sport in Scotland and is generally regarded as an oddity just like Morris Dancing representing everything we despise about our arrogant southern neighbours! Don't mention the world cup lol. Scotland hasn't reached the finals since 1998!

Hey Skye Storme , Google earth has released their satellite images for general use as long as you attribute them. You can get a free key for google earth pro and use their images. Just read the attribution stuff.

It's mostly likely a bot that sent the request, they always mess up and it's a pain in the ass to get things back on track. Really there needs to be fines for false infringement claims and then this nonsense would cease to be an issue.

Skye, I'm gonna be honest and say that recently I've lost interest in ur skylines vids, it might just be me, but since the start of this series, I've found them to not be as interesting, the first series, and the simcity vids of old were amazing and great to watch, because of the sheer creativity and how unique they were, but recreating an existing city seems a bit dull to me. The first skylines series also had that creativity, as though towards the end, u decided to make it similar to nyc, there were still elements of your own ideas, whereas, this current build, is simply recreation and has no creative element, which was a big part of why I enjoyed your vids, and why I subbed, as well as your personality, which is still there in the other series. It might just be me, but it's a shame, because the old vids were so great and enjoyable to watch. I won't be unsubscribeing anytime soon, but I really hope, that once this build is done, u do something more creative, and unique.

The other series are still great, but the city builders are what made me watch ur vids, and I still think that they are the best ones u make. I know u read the comments, and u are a great youtuber, sorry for the negativity, but I think that constructive criticism isn't a bad thing. I guess I am just one viewer though, and if everyone else is happy with the new content, it's best to stick to the winning formula. If u read this far, thank you, and keep on doing what u enjoy

Hey Skye, in my Paris build i have used google earth pro and the linked overlay which is the CS map grid.
