Hey keralizzz i think you should keep the forest industry right where it is now, it fits really nice with the lake i guess. Otherwise you are having problems with the workers again, because you just build that grid neighborhood.
build the airport on the island and a freight train terminal near the forestry area and another one in your other industry area to balance out the traffic
the forest area should obviously have the word "Wood" in the name, but maybe fit in poo there too? because of waterpoo.. or just call it bonerpoo.. forest -> tree -> Wood -> boner.. in waterpoo = bonerpoo? too far? just Forestpoo? woodpoo? Treepoop, woodcrap, shitpoo, craptree, New jersey?

Add the freight to the forest industry :D you have the pre-existing line there! And airport on the little island, but you'd have to buy the other tile :c
I hope you will continue How to Build soon. I really like the series and I love to build it exactly like you did :) Maybe you can build a Beach Resort or a Shopping Mal or something like that in the near future.
Keralis, i also have those highway congestions on the ramps but if you upgrade a ramp to a two-lane one-waystreet the ramp has teo kanes and the traffic flows better to another highway. Good luck!
Keralis maybe if u add schools to that little forest industry and spread it out a bit maybe it will keep ze peoples coming there. And the forest industry can be filled. And maybe 1 more grave yard?? I dont know ish just an idea.

For the island i honestly think the modern art museum and other parks and such would be amazing, cause if I were to live in the city i would hate having the island used up to be an airport/prison when it could be such a nice social gathering place. Just my thoughts :)
Public transportation Idea: Make a train station in Hawthorne height but let 2 buslines terminate there: on serving the industry of Hawthorne and one serving the residential area. This makes it possible to let workers from the city come to hawthorne and work but you also solve some traffic problems in the city itself
Dont ya think that the island would be too small for an airport? Expand to the farming area and start making farms. I WILL MAKE COWS IN THE CITY! Love the series
actually all the things you added boosted the happiness little by little some buildings still aren't happy so you should probably add a University as well
Forest area could be: forest squer, bush center, bushy world, green zone, wood area, wooden farm, green factory, wood rebublic, green republic, bush republic...
I think U should name forest industry district like "Flisaków" or "Bukowno". That will be so cool to see some Polish street names. I have another "good" imho suggestion. Made district dedicated for just power plants/power stations and call it "Energetyków". ;) Greetings from Poland. Take care.
Keralis, the "th" in "Hawthorne" is pronounced by putting the tip of your tongue on the bottom of your incisors, and making an airy sound. In the U.S., Hawthorne is a town that I live about forty miles from.
Yo! I think a good point would be to not force the industry on people in the city, because they are so well educated (like removing all the industry, and only keep/expand the forest industry -the people in the city actually likes this "clean" industry). That way, there will be a less demand on uneducated workers, and educated workers can work in the offices where they should :3 Besides, farming and forest industry is so much more prettier to look at :P Keep up the awesome work!
Wish instead of so many small little "mills" (look more like little planers), if the district is larger than a block, it just made 1 single regular size mill with all the different components.
You should call the timber district Bushfordshire or Calming Green (because you said it was a calming green, and green also means an area!) AND, when you place the business district, you said about Saint Louis, just call it Saint Keralis!
