Thanks for the video, man. Chikatilo wasn't the first Soviet SK, there had been others before him, but he's sure the most notorious. Also, A. Pichushkin, aka the Bitza Maniac or the Chessboard Maniac has an impressive bodycount as well along with those you mentioned. One of the most prolific from ex-USSR.
One of, if not the first to gain that kind of attention and notoriety, yes. And with how many books I have and how long I’ve studied them, I am aware of the other ones, I just wasn’t going to list EVERY Russian killer. But thank you for the AKA’s haha
@@BloodGuyReviews It took twenty years but Andrei Chikatilo has now been eclipsed by another Russian serial killer named Mikhail Popkov who has now been convicted of 86 murders.
