@@greenplanet744 No it does have. However you need to see his EV cars will react to extreme heat. We have already seen multiple incidents where EV scooters caught fire.

The electric scooter fires were due to every tom, dick and harry becoming an EV manufacturer by importing Chinese kits and not investing any money, time, or engineering skill in designing the product for Indian climate, roads, and usage conditions. People think it is just a motor and battery. Buy and connect. Doesn't work that way. Heat is not a risk in using any properly engineering EV. EVs have been running successfully in hotter places like the US and Chinese desert areas. For success in hot weather, EV firms need product engineering. Typically, it means a battery chemistry with elevated operated temperature range like LFP and a good Battery Management System. For NMC Li-ion batteries, liquid cooling is needed (just like coolant and radiator for an engine). There is ample proof in India. Look at well-engineered EVs like Nexon EV and Ather. No fires reported due to hot weather or thermal runaway.

@@dgupta42 well nexon ev battery are liquid cooled while c3 electric's are not i am looking to get this ev so definitely not a ev hater but you might want to look at user reviews of tesla in dubai heat does effect them in a negative way.

That is obvious since eC3 has bigger battery but Tiago is overall more efficient in terms of km/kWh

C3 ev has no cooling system tho (air cooling) . Tata uses liquid cooling system that's why they don't catch fire or overheat.

But for its ev version the price is 100% more than its ICE version, whereas for Tiago it's only 50% more. Also ev specific features are not added to ec3. Regarding range ec3 official range is 320km and for Tiago ev (LR) 315km, so ~5 km change, and mostly same in real time.
