Another great video Dave, as we all know, plastic parts can be dangerous to our pockets to take out , click click snap , cry , superglue , sorted , 10 minute job , so that's 8 quid then plus 12p each for a bulb , plus 75quid for the tools we have to buy to do the job , well done buddy , I have done so many full dashboard jobs , loads of screws in bags , plastic parts on the back seats and in the boot , then the phone rings , can you look at this job etc , wait 5 days for parts and then the customer wants it back same day , just as you do , test everything that you put back works as you go on
Very good point indeed. 10 min = customer for life. Very good return on investment I think. Just don't do plastic work in sub-zero temps in an unheated garage....don't ask how I know that....seems obvious to me now. Cheers Pal
Hey ian, yeah brittle plastics lots of tears. I'm conscious of customer's not 'seeing' what they're getting for their money. This quick fix is something he'll notice the next morning going to work. Cheers dave
Great video mate. I nearly had to get subtitles . least i know how to change the bulbs. Lots of faff...might just get a usb small twist light instead lol
Nice change of pace Dave good that you take care of your customers its the small things that count. on a different note if you are ever selling any of your scopes will you give me a shout i no yours are tried and tested Thanks Ian.
Cheers ian, not the regular content this vid admittedly. Not selling anything at the minute but i am thinking of upgrading the pico sometime this year.
