Citroen C5 Aircross 2023 | STANDING OUT for good reasons?? | IN-DEPTH review... 

As a german watching an englishman reviewing a french car i just have to follow your channel. Well done.

I've got this car in the PHEV variant. I strongly recommend anyone considering this to not go for the PHEV. My car does 2 miles per kWh on a hot summer day, which is pathetic. It's dearer to run on electric than on petrol. Even their claimed range of 34miles from a 13.2kWh battery is pretty bad. You're going to spend more money on electricity given the current energy prices and you're not doing the environment any favours. I love everything else about this car but for this reason alone, I wouldn't buy the plug-in again.

Thank you for, yet again, an exquisite review! Question: I'm a bit wary on the PHEV hybride tech, do you know if the Citroen tech is reliable?

As usual a thoroughly brilliant review no one does reviews anywhere near as comprehensive as you do…well done on this particular review as most other reviewers tend to want Ferrari type handling over comfort and as you pointed out people who would be purchasing this wonderful Citroen would be looking for much more in the comfort segment…this C5 Aircross delivers everything a family and individualists would ever want or need let’s hope that other brand loyalty would not let them overlook this superb offer from Citroen…

Excellent review for a fantastic car

I used to have the 2.0 diesel c5 aircross. Regret selling it. Might go for the hybrid 225hp in the future.

Same running gear and simular cabin as the better Peugeot 3008, but maybe cheaper used.
