Hi all,
This channel dedicated to Citroen here you can see how to fix your Citroen by yourself.
How to disassemble and assemble different parts in your Citroen. How to do different calibrations. You don't need to be a professional mechanic to do what i am doing in my videos. I am using diagnostic tool, making different tests on my car and more. I am doing my best to make at least one video a week, sometimes its something obvious and easy and some times more complicated.
So, if you are owner of Citroen and you want to fix your car by yourself, because "if you want to do something good do it by yourself", it is good to be subscribed for "My Car is Citroen" channel.

What are the next steps if, on a UK MOT test, it says, "hydraulic leak slight"? I'm no mechanic and am too disabled to work on the car myself so any advice will be very gratefully received.

I had a major hydraulic pump failure 2 yrs ago, I raised the suspension and the pump motor didn't cut out. I have rebuilt the pump using a pump from a wreck. Last weekend I reinstalled the pump but after numerous attempts, it won't lift up. I push the raise button and the display reads, request denied, then the display gives me a level suspension with ok. Do I have to bleed the system from the rear middle bleed screw? My Citroen is a 2005 2.2 turbo diesel Mk2. Is there anything else I should look for?

heeey hallo...i have a peugeot 308 WITH A VERY HIGH OIL CONSUMTION!!! 1,6 liter petrol engine with a distribution chain...it s an ep6 engine..... is it a good idea too flush the engine????ore is there a better solution???????? regards richard…..

Despite deleting my comment, I have an other question: Do you need to repressurise anyway or is it pressurising itself after you put it going up?

Hi, After battery connection it will build pressure by itself, but i always pass through all the positions couple of times.

Hi, There is no filter, the filter is a part of the fuel pump.

citroen C5 2001 exhaust pipe strange sound when the car is cold but disappears after a few minutes when it warms up. At 1,500 rpm the noise disappears. Any piece in that sounds?

The greatest blunder by Citroen was not to write bold instructions to loosen cap before lifting car on hoist. How many hydraulic tanks exploded, no one counted.

actually, there might be another way. Sorry for being late to the party. A few months ago, I lifted the car with the wheels hanging, and while doing so, I had the reservoir cap open (it's mandatory...!!!) I knew from previous tests with Diagbox that I had the correct LDS level, so opening up the cap, I saw the LDS level between the A and B marks. This leads me to believe that if you want to check the LDS level WITHOUT the LEXIA (or Diagbox on the X7s), you can just lift the car with the wheels hanging, and have the cap open. It might take a little while, but after about 10 minutes the level will reach the markings. Don't just take my word for it though, I could easily be wrong. I'm just sharing my own experiences. Happy driving!

I personaly won't recommend it - the acuracy of the level is important, it's risky to lean on this type of check.

Hi,You need to depressure the system, for that you need lexia. that is the correct way to check LDS level (official procedure). In some forums say that it possible to do it without lexia, i don't know if the result will be the same so i will check it next week.

hellow all, I have a c5 2009 fap, 140, i bought it very chip(900e) from a friend, I had vw cars , sow for me the citroen is a little bit new, a very nice car but I don't now alot of things Sow : - problems with FAP, i did de régénération proces, everyting ok, but the aditiv is now - low level- (500ml), the smole réservoir 3 l , which one is ok and y can find in market?? not to the official citroen service... - a big noise to the right front of the car when i pass the bumps??? i will change the triangle + if is something else to add???? - i have a smole lic of LDS from somewhere, not the pompe , just under the tank,in the front side, I can't not find,??? i let the car in the hire pozition,for 4 days now, is not losing the pressure, 👍any advice will be good...👍 and for checking the LDS, I pozition the car in the lowest low level , and it worked , after, i just start the car and set it to normal.. I won't to now, after checking the LDS level, with lexya you can pressure the system,??? or the car is doing automatically?? for around the same price, i don't know if i will find a good program like lexya for citroen .. vw.. audi?? sorry my English writing,😅 thanks very much. all the best👍
