Thank-you. I wish you'd posted this about 2 years ago. I spent weeks trying to find out how to do this all because no where did it state that access was through the large cover (which I've taken off many times to change the dipped headlight bulb - which go periodically). Incidentally, to make getting the back cover off a bit easier the wiring loom is easily detachable - you can just push the red edge to the side and it comes off with a clever slidey motion and goes back on the same way.
