City and Highway drive experience to get a feel of the car. A little more details about ADAS, few negatives, and a whole lot of positives discussed in the video.
The high ground clearance is compensated by a longer wheel base. So 220 mm for Elevate is probably equal to 200 mm of creta in practical utility due to wheelbase difference
You can easily get damping done in your car. I haven't researched enough on this as yet about cost and effitiveness. If you do, pls do update here as well. I am looking for someone reliable here in Pune who can do a good job.
If you are paying near 20L, what's the big deal in paying 1 more for 360camera + ventilated seats + chilled glovebox/ refrigerator box +cooling wireless charging + USB on backside etc. & imagine having a AWD option also, we can hit this to Himalayas with out too much concern. Korean companies are like, you pay we will give you what ever you want(they are in to that so much, it has become even a bit scamy) , but Honda is like, nope, we wont give you any of that, & its not about money. I saw Mitsubishi Xforce of Indonesia, it has all this and even cost less. it even have Yamaha sound system. Sad that company is no longer in India.
Go for Korean then! Honda is like that always. People who buy Honda is not for their features, they buy Honda for reliability for what they give. Honda is much more about practicality. Panoramic sunroof not needed, 97% of time you will not use it in India. Those who can drive well don't need 360 degree camera etc. creta N line with 23.5 Lakh On road doesn't have AWD. Chilled glove box? Not a need, with AC turned on and thermoflask bottles its enough. I agree on the type C charger, it should be there. Also their variants are very less confusing to decide.
@TechnologyHelpStation Does the CVT engine feels stressed on Mumbai Pune Expressway around the ghats section? Do we have sufficient power there? Also, did you go for any damping solution?
Not gone for damping solution. Though my only serious complaint from the car remains its engine sound and road noise. Car flies on expressway. No issues whatsoever.
Its not the speed but the RPM. It cruise at 90 at around 2000 RPM without any engine noise. As long as you are around 2000 RPM, no noticable sound in the cabin. But even if you push hard and rev tp 3000 to 4000 RPM for quick overtake, you can definitely hear engine sound. But that sound is not annoying at all. No need to worry, good to go. Best overall in compact SUV segment.
Bro don't buy in Feb wait for the 1st batch of the elevate to get sold then go buy it in April or may If you can wait till then because in the first batch there are minor issues which tend to get fixed in 2nd batch and you get better discounts in March
I prefer using wired connection on android auto because wireless charging and wireless connection heats up the phone a lot and also it doesn't charge much. On wireless connection I have occasionally experienced the connection get cut.
Bhai please speak in Hindi. If your not comfortable in English. Such a bad English pronounciation and searching for the words. Better do in hindi bhai. Hindi is our national language. Don't be ashamed sir ji
