City at War: The end of an era! - TMNT comics 

They were raised to avenge their master’s master. But by doing so, they got trapped in a never-ending chain of vengeance. This cycle of revenge was now resulting in a city at war, and the turtles felt they were responsible for it. But soon a chance to break free from their master’s war would appear, and the turtles would need to make the most important decision of their lives.
