John Freeman on BIKES correct. It looks like a potts mod but it has a hex bolt inside. Black Ops is the only one I know of so far. Haro makes one for the new Fusion stems as well. Not sure if the cap fits most stems or not though.

djcashwell congrats on the new bike! I swapped the SE stem during install, so I never rode it. The Knight stem is a bit beefier and adding the Broke Boyz 4 piece change the ride and feel too. 🤘🏻

That's crazy! Hit up City Grounds and they'll get the warranty started so you can get it fixed. I have three SE bikes and ride my bikes crazy hard and I've never had any issues with anything breaking. My PK Ripper gets rode hard doing flatland tricks and it's bone stock and rolls perfectly. Sorry to hear about yours, but SE will make it right.

They’re not shimmed correctly from the factory. A lot of people want to smoke the bolts down, when they actually need to be taken apart and re-shimmed. When you take the chain off, and spin the cranks, freely, they should spin effortlessly, and go around by themselves. Most of the time when you take the chain off, and spin the cranks, it’s too tight, and only spins a half turn by itself. When you should be able to whip the crank arm and it should go around a bunch of times. Check out the BMX Cruisers tech group on Facebook.
