City of Discovery Pipe Band (Dundee) in 4B bands at Banchory 2024 North of Scotland Championship 

City of Discovery Pipe Band (Dundee) competing in Grade 4B bands during the 2024 North of Scotland Pipe Band Championship. This was held at King George V Park in Banchory on Sunday 12th May 2024. The band, led by Pipe Major Scott Findlay and wearing Drummond of Perth tartan, were awarded 2nd place and the North of Scotland Branch Cup for this performance and march in playing Walter Douglas.
There was a great turnout of Pipe Bands taking part in this championship, thanks to the efforts of the organisers Banchory District Initiative, in conjunction with the Royal Scottish Pipe band Association - North of Scotland Branch.
