As someone who lives in this neighborhood, I cannot stress how bad this was before they did the clear out. seriously, it was one of the most intense homeless populations I’ve ever seen… and I lived in San Francisco.
do you guys have to be that covert about the way you feel about it? it's important to address what doesn't work when you give in the northwest. I hitchhiked for years and I know that was not okay nor permissible to do in that, city.
