@Dev Guy I am sure there will be a go fund me. If the owner is any type of business person he will refund all the donations. He wanted to make his statement as an individual so he should accept the consequences as an individual. His actions were not the actions of a group of people; they were his own selfish actions. Therefore he should just apologize to all his victims, I mean customers.
@Dev Guy I guess everybody's actions are open to interpretation. My interpretation is that he acted against the advice of the experts who legislated that he shouldn't be open for the safety of the public, and that there are financial penalties for not abiding by the rules. It is unfortunate that he is experiencing financial difficulty. I can feel his pain but must fall on the side that has the best intent for the good of the majority. You want them to do that BEFORE you get stocked up. It is the foolishness of these kind of people that is pushing the numbers up. Coronavirus doesn’t work through ingestion; it works through prolonged close contact and contracted through air particles and into the respiratory system. This has nothing to do with people deciding whether or not to risk getting covid. It has to do with these people bringing the virus with them to every household, business, hospital, and care home they visit thereafter. @Michael Barry And what about the close contacts of the person who contracts covid-19 - can you also additionally say, “if you don’t want to give someone covid 19, don’t go to your close contacts?” Yes, the person who chooses to risk contracting covid-19, can choose to contract it and likely survive.
