It's gonna stay like that for many years to come, even Oceanside won't be fixing the end of the pier that burned down. At best they will chop it off the end and call it good the San Diego way.

Abolish qualified immunity, repeal prop 13, redistribute all school funding for k-12 equally amongst all schools, and expand all community amenities like parks, community rec centers, pools, etc especially in lower income neighborhoods.
it was let to fall apart.... the city finds better things with wasting $$$$$ on the bums than infrastructure upkeep... gloria needs to go.. OB , Newport Avenue are a mess.... but the bums love it...
