Sir I want to be an IRAS Officer...so i will have to clear UPSC bt if my rank does not match with this post I will not be selected as an IRAS officer...sir is there any way by which I will only be selected for this post irrespective of any rank?

Before interview you have to fill 3 post as preference and in interview you can convey your service preference
