There is no Bharat darshan specifically... but during training , they send you to different places throughout the length and breadth of the country for various attachments. It’s as good as Bharat Darshan.

IRS mei 2 jaga ka posting hota hai . usme direct tax (CBDT) indirect tax (CBEC) hai. CBEC mei medical test hai but income tax ya phir CBDT mei nhi hai.

After hearing your experience i think Its quiet boring and monotonous service.. nothing interesting in this service..and its does not comes under all india service..no motivation to join such boring service, few state pcs job profile is much better than these irs job . people unnecessarily create hype regarding upsc..only IAS IPS and IFS is best rest are just like working as a government employees..
