Im in a wait and see for the new government. One thing is for sure, they weren't speaking against israel before. Since the elections the UK has spoken more in support for Palestine and against israel they all the time before combined. So something has changed. Time will tell.

I have an account on Duolingo to learn a 2nd language. My account name is "FreePalestine". I've had it named that since October of last year. A few weeks ago, I noticed my account name was changed to "Redacted". I didn't change it. Someone else did. It isn't like I used profanity. But, I guess to the administration, they viewed it as the equivalent of using profanity. Oh well. I changed it back to "FreePalestine" again. If they want to delete my account, that's their call. The ambassador only relays the current government position. She doesn't formulate foreign policy - she's a civil servant and not an elected representative. You really have no idea what her private thoughts are on the matter - she's professional and only delivers the wishes of our government.
