Now In this country Illiterate ministers are making laws without knowing the legal complexity, knowledge and practicality, and educated and legal experts the Judiciary have to follow... 90% law is same only sections are changed and remaining 10% laws changed clearly shows the stubborness & authotarian mindset of government as it is was passed in undemocratic way without debate when most of the MP's were suspended. The change could be done by simple corrections and ammendments also. Govt. only wanted to increase beurocrats specially Police power to counter Judiciaries power, misuse of laws by police and women will be more as before, men will suffer more. Common people cannot complain against police atrocities. Magistrates will be helpless due to new provisions. If really govt. wanted to bring change in the field of justice, they would have increased courts, Judges, police force, forensic experts & labs, govt would have introduced moral education and counselling to Police regarding their behaviour towards common people. But no govt in the name of that old laws are of colonial mindset changed the laws according to their mindset which is not good. Once it was BRITISH RAJ and now it'll be POLICE RAJ. Only Judiciary is the last hope left for common citizens.

DR Ambedkar said SC ST benefits should exist ONLY for 1O years, but it is still continuing , what your so called LEGAL EXPERT did ?? which world you are living in ? First talk about the WAQF ACT passed by Pappu !, which country has such act ? what your so called legal expert were doing ??? Why MINORITY institutions have been kept out of ambit of RIGHT TO EDUCATION act , what social work these MINORITY school are doing ???? which they make big big claim ?? Why hindu temples are under govt. control especially where CHRISTEN cheap ministers are there and collecting ( beggers ) our hindu devotees money ???? why NOT churches , mosques are NOT under govt control . नयें लागू हो चुके तीनों कानून जटिल है। सरकार को पुन: विचार करना चाहिये । कानूनी जटिलता से केवल भ्रष्टाचार को वड़ाभा मिलता है। देश के सभी अपराधों को जमानतीय घोषित किया जाना चाहिये । अपराधियों को निजी मुचलकों पर रिहा करना चाहिए । जैल व वैल की प्रथा सदा के लिये समाप्त किया जाना चाहिए । सरकार को विचार करना चाहिये ।

Problem ye hai ki kisi ko kaam nahi karna judiciary me. Dusri baat jis tarike se Sarkar kaam karna chaahti hai aur agar us tarike se judiciary kaam karne lage to fir courts me vakil aur judges ki man maani nahi chalegi aur isika virodh bhi ho raha hai. Aur psychology bhi kaam karti hai shuruaat me computers naye the to logon ne virodh kiya tha. Ab Computers ke bina din khatam nahi hota.
