Now Europe is on the way to disintegrate. So this laws are necessity of time. You have to go by the environment around you. When dictator and terrorists states are around you, your democracy is not safe. You need some dictatorial powers to deal with inner and outer enemies.

This law is very much unconstitutional. It will be a great violation to the freedom of speech and expression. Dhruv Rathee was right regarding his end of democracy related claims.😢 RU-vid itself has its rules of community guidelines, if anyone makes any false, negative statement regarding someone, or some group of people, defamation laws are there. Isn't these enough to govern the content uploaded on social media platforms?!😪 Only in the cases of curbing misinformation this law might help solve this problem. But also it might be used as a weapon by the government to stop the voices of people critising the policies of our government!!😪

बिल सही है। जो भी कहा जाए, उसे प्रमाण के साथ कहना चाहिए। कानून में ऐसा कहीं नहीं लिखा कि यह कानून सरकार की आलोचना करने से रोकता है। वर्तमान समय में फेक न्यूज बहुत ज्यादा फैल रही है। बोलने की आज़ादी का मतलब यह नहीं है कि कोई भी गलत जानकारी देकर जनता में सरकार के प्रति अविश्वास पैदा करे। लोगों को सरकार की आलोचना करनी चाहिए, लेकिन यह सही सबूतों के साथ होना चाहिए। यह कानून मुख्य रूप से बड़े यूट्यूबर्स पर लागू होगा जिनके लाखों सब्सक्राइबर्स हैं। अगर आप भी इस कानून का support करते है तो like button press करे |

Can't believe people are supporting this bill. I have also voted for BJP but this bill is not right. Sahi hai. Achchha law hai jaroori bhi hai. Koi kuchh bhi misleading karne ke liye galat fact dalta hai us per karyavahi honi chahiye. Gobar bhare dimag mein kuchh bhi aaya or ugal diya youtube per. Sachchayi se kuchh lena dena nahin. Freedom of speech per bhi samvidhan mein 19(2) mein 8 nirbandhan hain

The content on social media was until now unregulated and therefore, the government is intent on a regulation in this regard to be introduced to publishing inoffensive content on social media that is not a kind of derogatory in any nature hurting the government policies and, in particular, the security and integrity of the country. This is a good step being taken by the government. We have frequently come across several digital publications in the form of videos, audio, prints, etc. on social media platforms that violate social values and civic norms. Quite unacceptable abuses that require punitive actions for the creators are very often published on social media in the public domain offending the public sentiments to civic societal norms. This is because of the lack of any regulation of such publications on social media. We appreciate the government coming forward with such a move. There should be no abusive content on social media. Motivational, inspiring, informative presentations are welcome and regarded and rewarded instead. .

Why Govt can't explain the policies so well so that there should be no if and what in the minds of citizens?? Why Govt fails to defend policies if someone questions its policies??? It is Govt failure to propagate information and Govt should be punished? See the condition of the Govt selected by 1billion population fails in front of you tubers holding 1million followers 😅😅😅. Mam ek toh Bill bahar aya nahi. Aur apne kaise maan liye ki usmein Government ke khilaf bolne par karyawahi hogi. Jab Government ke khilf bolna BNS mein legal karr diya gaya hai toh iss taraha misinformation mat failaiye. Aise misinformation waale videos ke khilaf hi ye Bill aa raha hai. Fake news waise bhi band honi chahiye.
