My request to CJI please stop management quota in Medical admission, Stop coching centres beçause they charge a huge amount of money which makes a rich society in the middle of a large number of common people who cannot afford to pay for the academic fees. Coaching centers made medical field very competitive.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 2015 का पेपर आउट के कारण रदद किया। अब एन टी ए के स्कैम सामने आये हरदयाल स्कूल का ग्रेस मार्क। पेपर आउट पेपर खरीदार सालवर गैग सब तो सामने आया। रीनिट करने मे क्या दिक्कत यदि ऐसा नही हुआ तो बैच का नाम इतिहास मे होगा।

Few probable steps : State co-ordinators should not be given to CBSE schools managers/principal. It is a known fact that CBSE board exams are compromised in most states and centres. NTA should have their own co-ordinators for each state ,may be from the state public commission or from IAS. Qsn should be set by a few selected setters and a high committee of NTA should selected Qsn randomly without the knowledge of setters. Printing should be done in house in NTA. Transportation and custody of Q paper should be done through the army or CAPF or CBI. Qsn papers should be given to the centres only on the day of examination. Qsn papers should be sealed using a material which can't be tempered by anybody. The seal should be broken only in the presence of the student. OMR sheets should be collected by the same who transported Qsn papers on the same day just after finishing the exam There should be least involvement of private centres and private parties in the process . Exam centres should be given only in main towns and cities, not be given in peripheral areas. Strict implementation of CRPC 144 in and around centres from the day before till the day of exam. Strict and heavy penalty of anyone involved in leakage and compromising the sanctity of the exam. NTA should be made compulsory to upload the complete list of the results statewise and centrewise. Any grace mark should be prohibited. Any error in the Qsn should be taken as invalid and no marks should be given. Any delay in the time should be compensated only by time, not by grace marks. Invigilators and all related staff should undergo a drill before the exam. Any candidate involved in cheating, setting or any forms of unfair means should be barred completely from all exams. Exam centres should be given based on correspondence address.

There is only 25k seats for merit students out of 1.2 lakh. It is alarming how they choose reserving students over deserving students and then blame the medical system.
