Thanks to honourable Supreme Court for listening to students plea. Sir paper leak was before day of exams as police fir says that aspirants were kept Ina school a night before given paper with answer key to memorise it and then taken to centres . NTA is not providing data of 24 000 students who registered in second window ..

Though we have a very genuine trust in our judicial system, no trust in government left. CBI is an autonomous body but we can't ignore the fact and possibility that unjust government might manage them also. Our children's futures are now entirely in hands of CJI. Hopes for a unbias decision from Supreme Court!!!!!!

If the exam is scrapped both honest dishonest students have to prove themselves again . If not scrapped the dishonest students win … so it is always wiser to give a closure to students . No body is saying that Reneet will be very good but in this situation.. only that can hive justice unfortunately

Such simple logic anyone will have. But this is not just about honest and dishonest students. This is about saving the face of a megalomaniac who is sitting as the PM and saving his ego as a re-NEET will tarnish his image. His image is so important that the rest of the party is so diminutive to the point of saying Modi ki guarantee during election!

@9:46... Wondering How Hon.CJI presumed that paper leak could not be widespread if it was leaked in the morning of 5th, when the exam was to be conducted @2 p.m.?! Also how Hon.CJI concluded that memorizing of Leaked Q&A is difficult in the morning ?!. those are capabilities and skill which differ from a student to student..Even if student was prepared and benefited 1 mark due to a confirmed paper leak, then the sanctity of this all india test stands lost..!!!!

Ordering a retest for every small malpractice is not a rational solution dude. This isn’t some small run of the mill exam. 24 lakh students are affected by this.

When so much has happened and shocked the entire nation,..and every day their a new item of scam sees the light of the day, I wonder how people can call this SMALL. 24lakhs or 24 crore, the systematic manner and the organised way the whole system worked to benifit a few reach the top ranks by way of paper leak, impersonation, OMR malpractice etc,.etc has only compromised the exam completely and the only way the sanctity can he brought back is to announce a Re TEST,.. anything else aa a solution will be a heap of laughing stock.

Honest hard-working candidates should not be hurt. They are already going through a difficult phase. Give them justice, find out the culprits and re-publish the neet ug 2024 results for the third time with revised deflated ranks. Give green signal to NMC counseling as early as possible because further delay will just take away a major portion of their career.

The most important point is that there were answer sheets which were filled in and submitted . The counsel is unable to put forth his argument. The SG is harping on the leakage inquiry. CJI has not yet decided on the date of the students . Exam can be regulated in future . What do these students do .

Question papers are translated in different regional languages.. Paper leaks can happen there also.It should also be investigated

Let the exam be held on state board pattern to move on with present students . Entrance can be acc to marks achieved. This will be a self cleansing and meritorious students will not suffer . The paper shld be of multiple choice on same pattern by the state boards .

"Re-Neet" or "No Re-Neet" can never solve any problem of Neet ug 2024. Just abolish the second window that was opened on 9th and 10th April without any prior information in NTA website. I am sure almost 25000 candidates will be expelled outright because all the controversies of grace marks and paper leak are hidden there. This will bring down the inflated ranks in accordance with the marks in which case candidates scoring below 600 will easily get admitted in GMC's across the country.

We have to find out the beneficiaries of grace marks and paper leak and debar them from counseling. If this is not done, if NTA goes for Re-neet then NTA officials who have opened the window and illegally enrolled candidates may get an escape.

The question papers were multiple choice questions. The tick mark has to be either on the paper or on a separate answer sheet with numbers of questions and columns as options. This leak is not for a detailed answer . So ,it’s the answer sheet of NEET which has been ignored .

So it’s not merely k adage but answer sheets being filled and submitted on behalf of examinee is cheating . The answer sheets handed over and those received will answer the number refilled. There is a record of answersheets given to each centre . This has been overlooked .

To screen the real merit, there should be retest for candidates scored 700 to 720 so that "dudh ka dudh ya pani nikal jayega". There is one other way that special councilling under camera should be done by experts councillors to judge the merits of these 700+ scored candidates.
