If you heard this growing up and watched jackass with your friends and fired up some Tony hawk pro sk8er on the PS2 when you got home from school and drew those fancy S's on your school folders then you are an OG in my book. We were built different. Much love
Well….. I’m so damn sorry yall rocked the fuck out and the crowd wasn’t there… cause this a banger! I can’t believe me looking at this one! Y’all did great. They did not…. Wow.
I got to see them at Xgames in Philly in 2002 maybe? But the just randomly came out and it was prime cky2k and jackass time. I had a camcorder and video of my friend getting punched in the head in the pit and continuing with a smile. " Venue "was the side of a wall basically and maybe half a tennis court.
I know Deron considers himself a metal guitarist and I'm sure there are a lot of fans who would agree, but I never once perceived or labeled cKy as a metal band. To me, they've always been a rock band with metal influences and that was one of their charms, so watching them "metal out" a song like 96 Quite Bitter Beings just doesn't really play to their strengths, because they're so much better than that. Maybe they felt the need to go harder in front of a huge crowd here, I dunno.
Festivals can be awesome or just be a long-ass day of waiting for the one band you actually give a fuck about to come up. I feel like this crowd probably just had to sit through a lotta shit they were meh about and this song was just another song they were waiting for to end.
Maybe someone still have a full CKY Sonisphere 2010 live video? if yes can anyone upload it to download? it is the best their show ever. This live was fully uploaded on youtube but seems like has down by copyright?
Saw them in 2007. I got to hang out back stage with all the other bands that I didnt like. CKy, who I did like, buggered off as soon as their set was done...lol
I saw them once. They stayed in their rv, drinking, and came on an hour late, totally shitfaced. They did hand out a bit after the show though. It was pretty cool.
I haven't had a favorite drummer since Joey Jordinson died, but I can now definitely say that Art Cruz is my new favorite drummer,,ur absolutely a beast behind a kit man I love how much he uses the double kick and the fills are just super on point ur crushin it bro!! Definitely have helped me out in my own drumming with my band too I've picked up alotta different ideas I've learned from watching you play so thank you..
