Seoul is the capital of south korea it's like the epicenter of all things entertainment over there -- music, film, fashion it's more of the New York/LA if anything not hip hop in any way lol. Also she was born in Seoul and a good portion of Korean celebs come from seoul it's just a major city. But I'm glad y'all like her! She's known as the Empress of Kpop pretty much the only woman to get major respect in both the kpop, fashion, and hip hop world! Highly recommend the Spicy video!!!
