Happy New year to you ! Been a while since I posted a video, so just wanted to do a quick update on a few things.

Great to see another video, thanks for posting. Maserati Guy has deserted the fold as you probably know and bought SL and then an R8 for gawds sake!

Thanks for the Update. I've seen on another channel that the noise came from the hydraulic expansion pipe along the front right underneath the frame. maybe that helps. Good luck!

If you get the whine sorted Mark please let me know as mines started to do it. Sounds like it's from the pump but it was changed in 2014 so thought it's unlikey to be that.

Someone mentioned the Pulsation Damper or Dampener, which o since looked into. An SL 500 owner on a Benz forum said he had the same issue. I think the pumps are more robust than people give them credit for!

My distronic does the same, loose connection on the sensor I need to fix mine this year. Still got that amp for you
