@aviosche8951 The rotating cab would only be useful when either doing forestry work or mowing with triplets on the back since it has no front PTO, but let's be honest, this tractor won't be used for either of those tasks. And if you want it for mowing, it's still available on the 4 and 5000 models
@@saban_6r of course! As you said its a niche use feature that was probably ditched to shift budget to developing other aspects of the tractor that would be more useful to improve. Of course older models exist and will exist for decades. I just love how the other xerions looked. Their design over all is beatuiful and the rotating cab makes it even cooler! Also another use you havent mentioned is for silage silo operations :P Not necessary by all means but I did see some use backwards xerion for leveling and compacting.
The same reason someone might pick a John Deere or Case over another brand of tractor. Dealer support, machine availability, price, colour preference, compatibility with the farms other machines, familiarity with the operating system, not to mention machine specific features. If you're wondering why someone would go for a rigid 4wd over an articulated, I guess the main advantages are improved high speed stability and greater load capacity at the expense of (probably) turning circle (which shouldn't be too much of an issue with this machine, presumably it wouldn't be doing much work with implements smaller than 12m). We are definitely keen to see how the tracks work, we will be due to upgrade our tractor in a couple of years and the tracked version of this machine is on the short list
