We take a hike up to the Claerddu Bothy in the Beautiful Cambrian Mountains in mid west Wales and have a look around, to check it out for hopefully a future overnight stay.
This a non MBA Bothy but is owned and maintained by the Elan Valley Estate, cracking mountain bothy in a very remote part of Mid Wales,

Hey, we really enjoyed your video. We can’t wait to get out hiking again. We love hiking in wales so much. We haven’t yet stayed in a bothy but it’s on our bucklist. Your yellow camper was really cute also. We have liked and subbed to see more from you. Chelsea and Mike 😊

Hi Mark, beautiful scenery and there looks like lots of places to camp in the area. The bothy was nice and clean one nevers knows the condition of a bothy. Nice day to film a video 👍 atb Taff 🤠👊👊

Cheers Taff, you are right maté beautiful area and you can camp anywhere around there and not see anyone for miles has to be one of the remotest parts of Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 as for the bothy it is well looked after but there is a lot of graffiti in there which spoils it a tiny bit but would be a welcome shelter when needed. @Twin_Peaks_Wild_Camp no doubt a lovely surprise to find it was such a short walk. I was shocked to see how tidy/clean it was with it being a short walk from where you can park. Even my wife said she would visit that bothy with the short walk.🤣🤣🤣

Great video guys, but not sure I'd advise a stay there. Myself and my partner at the time found it very spooky tbh and never felt relaxed at all. Stayed in many bothies and this is the only one where i just didn't feel welcomed. Hope you have a better experience.

It was very tiring 😂😂, we knew where to start from as we read a few hiking forum’s beforehand and it said you had to walk over the mountain and it was over the other side in the distance, was it hell lol it was less than a quarter of a mile at best - gutted I was 😂😂
