I am not young- so I still have in my possession a very tattered Certificate of Live Birth- not a Certificate Copy. I have the doctor's original blue ink signature which is slowly fading- and I have the raised seal- not sticker. And- my name is NOT in all CAPS. So how did I get screwed? When I wanted a passport they had me request a Birth Certificate and requested I sign an affidavit of citizenship. They tried to get me to give up my original copy- they were amazed I had possession of it- but instead I told them a copy would suffice to send off- so technically- I still have the deed to my name and they converted my name to all caps on the Social, etc. So technically- I don't own that all caps name and they created it out of thin air. LOL. Just sharing because I have never met anyone who has their original. I mean- very original!!

Either the clerk has to allow them to be waived by a pauper affidavit, or they have to be repealed as unconstitutional... or talk to the boss. This is to say that it does not matter if you are ready to pay these fees or not. Excellent question! Answer: because 'they' will honor it. Keep in mind, not all states will 'permit' you to file an ANC / ANR that appears to be the name of a living person. Under the "bills of exchange act" the companies logo is their signature. So technically, the corporation that you are going against would have a signature on the contract if the contract had their logo on it. Just thinking out loud. Great video.

Also the other factor is HOW you are using it. hint: what happens when YOU claim to be owner of something that someone else is holding legal title to? Hey, my b-day is 14 days after yours. Same year. There must be something about that time frame... I always have felt that we have been getting the short end of the stick. We should be able to deposit promissory notes without the middle men who end up taking the lion's share of "your money" which was created by your signature. They did not give you a loan, no no no, they conducted a transaction, then signed and stamped the back of your promissory note, illegally, I might add, and then opened up a bank account, in your name, illegally again, and then turned what money YOU had created into 10 times that amount before it is all said and done. If I understand correctly, you can take every different version of your name that appears on any correspondence/bills/liens, including and especially, the one on your birth certificate, and register these as "companies" belonging to you (with the exact name on your birth certificate). Since all these "companies" never sat down & signed a contract with all these others who are claiming money, there is no signed agreement between them. I WAS confused as to why the "company" you create with your birth certificate name cannot be held liable for utility payments for example, for which, one would assume, you signed a contract with in good faith, as an individual. From what I have learned, to register something means to give it up. Using their forms may not be a good idea. I heard we are to send affidavits to the Secretary of State to claim the name and fire them as the authority of it. It sounded like a more sovereign way to go about it. I don't trust all of their corporate contracts, because they will merely send us in circles, when we are the creators of our own sovereign rights, and therefore, we should create our own documents and have our witnesses sign them instead of their corporate notaries.

This trying to be legit official legit official is unnecessary... it's super simple. Use your name when you need to as far as private living shit, like cellphone, internet, bills, job, etc, you are giving them consent by agreeing to or signing a contract. If you have outstanding bills you know you cannot pay off and have recently self declared sovereignty, then by all means tell them that you are not the name and that you will not be paying those fees nor do you consent to any legal action they may try to throw at you. Basically, you could be a total dick, and tell them to fuck off, and if it came to court, you just demand the court be a common law jurisdiction, in accordance with the Constitution. Then they will have to prove their jurisdiction over you which they can't and then they will dismiss the case. Court can't proceed without your consent, but don;t do that. If you make payments, sign a contract with a legit company that isn't the law, then pay what is owed and pay your taxes if you choose to make money. When the law pokes around (another company) and they want to do business with you by contract, and are using your legal name in attempts to persuade or force you into signing this quasi contract (look it up), don't accept the name. The name is just a "code" to help track your taxes, credit, legal report/documentation, etc.. it's just a way for the system to organize and track you for your benefit. It's a way to safely store your money, possessions, records, history, etc, etc.. It is NOT you as a person. It helps with identity theft so that some other person has less chances of pretending to be you and use your name illegitimately. This is a GREAT THING, but people forgot how this works so the judicial systems takes advantage of ignorant people and gets them to sign their name over on the plea contract. I guess in a simpler way... if the cops or courts want to do biz with you, don't. Just learn the simple terms to protect yourself because law does not communicate or use the same language as the common man, so you may be easily tricked into that contract. But even then you could dismiss the whole case at any point in time with CCP (check your own state) Article 473 (d) that states: The court may, upon motion of the injured party, or its own motion, correct clerical mistakes in its judgment or orders as entered, so as to conform to the judgment or order directed, and may, on motion of either party after notice to the other party, set aside any void judgment or order. Something you'll notice when you start looking close at sovereign citizens: they tend to focus on breaking fairly minor laws. Not so sure the prosecuting parties are filing papers AS your ALL CAPS/dba name but AGAINST it. Owning the NAME could make you liable in commerce when in fact you want to separate yourself from it as the living man. Not sure if this strategy works or if it was very well thought out. The other issue is you may NOT own it as the original ALL CAPS entity was NOT created by you, and trying to claim it by a mere county filing may not go well.
I had my name legally changed 7 years ago. It was originally ex: all caps JOSOPHINE ANN SMITH obviously when I filled out the application I was unaware of the upper case/ lower case true meaning at that time. I petitioned to have it changed to ex: (as a normal person would) Upper and Lower Case: Joy Smith. I stood before a judge and she approved my name change. Both myself and the judge signed my application with my new handwritten name in Upper and Lower Case: Joy Smith with a seal from the superior courts. I now have an amendment to my original birth certificate (2nd page stapled to original) showing my new name change. It's signed by the register recorder county clerk. Was this actually a loop hole? Its called a DBA - and the point of it is to allow a business to have bank accounts, receive checks, etc, under their "business" name. The form is to record the identity of the real individual person that is accountable for that business. You don't need to claim your own name, its already you.

I was thinking the same thing. I’d pay someone in Florida to do this for me. Someone who knows every detail, so as to avoid the court from using loopholes. If I manage to do this for myself, I would even consider starting a service where I can do that for others. I’d love to know all of the benefits of claiming your name.
