So my first thought when I saw this new post is "Why is Claire playing with that bad shoulder?". My next thought after that first swing on the 2nd is "Why is Claire playing with that bad shoulder?" Glad to see you ended it early and please if you're not get some PT on that shoulder. Been there, done that - had to take 6 months off but came back stronger and better. Know you can do the same! Paris is great and can keep things going. Always great content!
Ladies it was good to see you to go head to head . But totally understand about Claire's shoulder and cutting it short . Better to be Safe than risk doing more harm to it . Would Love to see Pais & Claire do this again Soon . Take Care Ladies ⛳😀

2 fine golfers. After 4 years of Golfholics, tho maybe it has been 5 years???, I still very much enjoy the Golfholics experience. It has changed considerably over the years but the cast of characters remains intriguing, impressive and enjoyable. Claire and Paris ... very much enjoyed the video. Good stuff!

Always fun with you two out on the course! and better safe than sorry, with your shoulder, Claire! There are shoulder exercises you can do with resistance bands to help build up the muscle in the area. Take care!
I had a shoulder injury misdiagnosed as a back injury for 21 years. The resultant damage is considerable. I finished with Bursitis in the shoulder, bone spurs down to C7 in the neck, arthritis all down the right side of my spine. My right leg was 1/2 inch shorter than my left leg. My advice, if you haven't already, is an ultrasound. Just to be sure what's going on...

One Claire's shoulder heals, swinging a very heavy leaded club strengthens golf muscles, ligaments, tendons. Not good until after healing though. An old steel shafted wood works because the space inside the shaft is bigger than with a graphite shaft. Just cut a hole in the end of the grip drop split shot (normally used for fishing) down the shaft. After each one hold the head and ram the shot into the shaft with a steel rod of the right diameter so the lead stays put. The add the next one until it is heavy enough to start. More weight can be added later. There is also a commercial set of 3 swing sticks for the same purpose. Don't know how heavy they get though.
Don't get surgery at all cost as far as the shoulder. I had two and it got worse each time. I use a home gym call Total Gym that I love. I also use bands for stretching and strengthening. I tried physical therapy, which helps teach you things to do (towel stretches, wall rises with towel, etc.), as well as a chiropractor.
My wife asked me if I could golf with any professional golfer who would it be I told her I really don’t wanna golf with any professional golfer I would love to golf with Claire and Paris from the golf Holick‘s channel.
Ladies love watching y'all play golf. When playing I like to picture y'alls smooth swings to keep me from rushing mine. Just like I use to use Freddie Couple's swing. You two are a lot better looking. Thanks for the great videos. Coach should have stepped in and let Claire video and comment.
Love the videos from this channel. So informative and fun to watch. I may have missed this but I would like to see a video about the 3 wood 5 wood tips from the fairway. I have struggled with the longer holes so any info would be great. After driver my next club for distance is my 5 wood if I could hit it decent my game would improve. Thanks and keep up the great content
Claire, a great little video idea for us duffers. When you say you are going to hit at the back of your stance, maybe you could do a little demo of what that means and how it changes your shot. (I need all the help I can get). :)
Hey Claire, I have chronic tendinitis in one of my shoulders as a result of the military, football, basketball, and track. So as a member of the bad should club, here's my 2 cents because that's all I have! 😉 Strengthen your delts and traps! The tape is great and all that but you need to fix the root cause of the problem which means working your booty off in the gym/home gym. Whenever I have a flare-up I hit the bands hard. It's very important to work your rear delts because people generally don't do it. They strengthen front and side so much that their shoulders pull forward and it makes things worse. A doctor visit wouldn't be a bad thing either to get an x-ray to check the spacing of your joint and a few other things. I've dealt with this about the same amount of time that you've been alive so that's my advice. The best prevention is to keep those muscles in shape, strong, and toned. I hope I didn't mansplain too much! 😂 Band sets on Amazon are pretty cheap. The doctor can give you exercises too or a PT. Good luck!

You two are simply the best. I love watching the show and love seeing two really nice people have fun and get along so well. Being beautiful just adds to the beautiful swings and high skill level. Claire, I've never met a non pro golfer that putts as great as you do. Those are really difficult greens and you make them look easy, just like Paris makes driving the ball look easy. Incredibly impressed by both girls’ games. I’ve watched several of these videos. The short game and putting of Claire are magical. Paris’s driving and irons are beyond impressive. Really enjoying the matches.
Get a lacrosse ball, lean against a wall with the ball in between you and the wall. Roll it around until you find something that hurts, and then grind on that for a couple of minutes. Then move it around until you find another spot that hurts, and do it again. You may shed some tears, but it will help with the healing alot. Dont just go around your shoulders, get into your neck, back, and those hot glutes too. :-) Your shoulder pain can come from anywhere that is aggravated.
I strained my left rotator cuff, right handed player so I really could t extend. It actually helped me turn my shoulder and hips more and to swing easier. I lost some distance but with proper warm up, I played pain feee. It’s been two years and I can still feel it if I don’t turn my shoulders. See a Dr. you are too young to mess with an injury. PS. Do you really exhale when you stroke tour putts?
Quick rules question. At 4:55 when Claire is putting through the fringe, there looks to be 2 sprinkler heads in her way. She does a great job of putter between them, something I don't think I could do. Could you take free relief in that situation is you wanted to?
At 2:10 Claire's foot lifted like she was really unsure about something. I noticed only because that happens to me with punch out shots...I can never hit those right.
Without knowing if it is a muscle, bone or tissue injury, there is no way to give treatment advice. I do not know if you need strength or flexibility, but do not start playing without stretching first.
Claire should get that caddie paris had with her the other day! She was talking out of her arse,giving advice ,so,I'd say she might sort out Claire's shoulder injury! Visualise and breathe was her mantra,if I remember correctly!
