I made this last summer for a family gathering for the first time. I’ve already had requests for another boil. Gonna be an annual thing, I guess, and that’s ok by me! Love it!
This looks fantastic, I am trying it today for my birthday meal can't wait. One question, you didn't mention how long the muscles we steamed before adding the shrimp. I am guessing another 6 min. but thought I'd ask.
Turned out fantastic, it was for 12 people so I had to double the batch, but nothing was left over! On the muscles I just did the 6 min you used on the clams.
Thanks Shane! We’ve never filmed a crawfish boil but but It’s definitely something I would love to do. I’ll put it on our list for sure. We just cooked Cajun shrimp and grits I’ll be uploading it this week.
