DISCLAIMER: This meter was purchased , by me, at full cost, with no compensation from Bside or Amazon. I am mostly reviewing the clamp on milliamp functionality
and accuracy, and found that it leaves something to be
desired because of drift due to things as slight as the earths
magnetic field, or, just the want to drift even when not moved
during a measurement.
I found that the "Low-Z" voltage function would not engage to
use on AC volts, so, this item was defective, even though it
is labeled as QC passed (3)", but I chose to keep it as that
function is irrelevent for my use of this meter. That Low-Z
AC volt function may be of use to electrician, so, if that
is something you are interested in, check the meter right
away to see if it is defective.

The English language version of the user manual PDF can be downloaded here www.mediafire.com/file/efyz5m85w42gre9/ACM91_User_Manual.pdf/file and it states that in the 6A range, set to AC, it can measure down to 0.001A, so the meter should be capable of it, but I did not verify this because I was more concerned with the DC milliamp measurement issues.

@@adrianpuentes7299 Durante un breve periodo de tiempo, pareció observarse una diferencia inferior a 5 mA, pero, debido a que las propiedades del medidor no pueden poner a cero, no puedo estar seguro excepto por el hecho de que no puede medir adecuadamente ese nivel bajo. / For a short time, a difference of under 5 mA seemed to be observed, but, due to the properties of the meter not being able to zero, I cant be certain except for the fact that is is unable to properly measure that low.

Thanks for a great review. I just ordered one and I hope the DC current function works for my needs. Here is what the manual says. Measure AC&DC Current: Turn the rotary switch to (Amps). Push SEL/ZERO to choose AC or DC current. Center the wire within the clamp jaws below the horizontal line located on the clamp. DC current mode, due to the existence of electromagnetic field, please push ZERO button 2S, set the value of display to zero. Keep the direction of the meter and zeroing in line. I think the 'centering below the line' is because it has a Hall effect sensor that the wire needs to line up with. Also the PDF manual says Low Impedance resistance is 800KΩ
