After 2 previous trips to Great Langdale, we returned to get the two remaining Langdale pikes. This wasn’t a particularly challenging walk by any means but the heatwave made it pretty difficult. Had to stop so many times to get water in. Excellent outing though. Views were amazing and we even got treated to seeing some RAF jets doing manoeuvres which was brilliant. Hopefully more skirmishes in the Lakes coming soon…
