Yes adrian you in my place... You should of got the jerk sausage, they are known for that and the best jerk chicken is in maypen town next to the juci Pattie at a place called steirs.... Jerked on pimento wood and the best jerk pork is in old harbour on the main at a place called farmers jerk..

Trini fried dumplings are called,fried bake, not doubles, doubles are are roti, that is broken in pieces. Trinidad fried bakes, light and airy, not as dense as Jamaican fried dumplings.
