@@smallville-kal167 he didn't seem the strongest i ever seen on screen though. i mean in superman 4, as screwy as that was , he did effortlessly push the moon severan thousand miles in a few seconds and that thing is 1/6 the size of the earth. also in the movies they showed his speed by going back in time. li know light speed would travel around the earth like 7.5 x per second. the blue line went around like oh 8-9x per second . in Superman (brandon routh version) he lifted up something the size of australia, made nearly almost alll of kryptonite no doubt all teh way into space and pushed it to move away from earth and into interstellar space. in Lois and Clark, i don't remember anything specific in terms of huge scale i suppose but i do remember one time he was in the weight room and when noone looked he lifted the entire stack of weights with ease with his pinky. although i do suppose if he pushed apokopsy away in the very final scene of the series. i gues sthat one feat was pretty much the onl thing that showed that much strength. the rest didn't feel like it showed quite as much neceassareily in Superman/Lois, the final scen ofseason 2, that was a very epic one. where he went probably almost as fast as he did in superman 1 (reeves) but also used the speed an dhis srength to sepearate bizarro world and our world. that was something. as for speed though too. did you ever watch 1990 The flash with john Wesley shipp? the very first episode, when he didn't even really know he had powers yet. when he chased the bus, i times him in at 14 seconds. from the time he took off to the time he got to teh water at the beat . he said that beach was 30 miles 7700 mph but when he went on the track to test she was only seeing him go like 700+ funny how tv and vmovies don't have anything consiseent with the se speedesters and strength. also in cartoon. DCAU. wehere he would out strength at times the likes of Dearkseid yet he would sometimes barely be able to do things against way weaker opponents. but his last line about liing in a world of cardboard made it all make sense.

10 min round trip was a season 3 top speed Clark got faster as the years went on

exactly, in season 3 it took him that long, ove rtime he was growing in powers and got faster and faster. in fact remmeber when he ran 423 miles to hubb city in like 20 seconds? that was the 2nd fastest i have seen him in the series, but he got even faster

Well, that makes sense. Light is a wave and we are able to see objects because light is reflected over them and reaches our eyes. If Clark Kent was faster than light, he wouldn't be able to see any object since light couldn't reach his eyes.

I always figured it was easier for him to throw people them punch them. He can easily throw people hard enough to knock them out. If he starts punching people he has to have a lot more control and there's more of a chance that a localized punch will do more damage.

That little girl and her biological father has the ability to control glass, her father wants her back so he caused accident at her foster homes and killed her last foster parent. She is accused of murder and has not talked in years, Clark is trying every thing at this point to make her feel better

Not really. Clark Kent gets stronger and faster with every season. Depending on the comic, many stories have Superman's abilities enhancing with more years of exposure to solar radiation (well except red sun).

There was also a party of sorts in the aisle as Clark grabbed the bus, but when looking at the bus from the front (Clark hadn't let go as the bus was still moving slow with being held back) everyone is sitting, the escape door clearly visible
