Sir It's not possible to be in original position but it's possible to make someone independent to offer justice like Indian judiciary Now we can say judiciary is in original position because judiciary can eliminate any act passed by parliament but on specific grounds and parliament can ammend the constitution so basically our judiciary is also in original position if not exact but a little
